[Resolved]  Kenstar Microwave Oven 3 D Power — Poor Service - Non availability of spares

I purchased one Kenstar 3D Power Microwave Oven 3 years back from Chennai. Presently, the oven is not getting heated and I handed over the same to the authorised dealer at Vellore in Tamil Nadu one month back for servicing. Even after several reminders the dealer is not giving proper response.

Pl. help me in getting the over serviced.
