[Resolved] Kent Mineral RO — Product not up to the standard
I have a Kent Water Purifier [ Model : Kent Grand] bought around 6 months back.
Company representatives installed the appliance, but within a few hours the water was over flowing[ Auto Cut Off not working].
Next day they came with a new appliance only upon my wiles. I was swayed by the respresentatives that the new mechine would be in perfect order.
Now the problem I am facing is that water tastes SICK & every other week I have to call for servicing.
Upon completion of servicing the purifier is working fine for a day or two, after that,
I am stuck with the same problem, WATER TASTES SICK AND THEN IT TAKES 2 DAYS FOR THE STORAGE TANK TO FILL COMPLETELY.
Best part is that I have to buy mineral water for my daily consumption despite of having a Kent Water Purifier [ Model : Kent Grand] installed in my residence.
