[Resolved]  Kerala Water Authority, Trivandrum — Water problem

I am staying in Trivandrum, Kerala, (Nedumangad Vattappara Road (Puthen vila temple Road )In our Area there is No Water Supply for the past 20 days .Most of the people living here are struggling and given lot of complaints through phone to the Assistant Engineer of water Authority, Nedumangad, but there was no proper explanation or reply from him and he is not even visited the area.Almost 200 more people are living in this area Authorities concerned may please take immediate steps to save at least our needs.Kindly take this as a human issue.please get it rectified at the earliest, In this summer season all o[censored]s are really struggling a lot and we are eagerly waiting for your support.

I am staying in Trivandrum, Kerala, (Pulimoodu Junction, Near GPO, TC-25/3618). The residents here have been facing problems with the irregular water supply for more than a year. We have made a compliant to Assistant Engineer of water authority, Trivandrum. Some people have visited the place after long follow ups but they are of the opinion that there is some pumping issue since our place is in high altitude and we are still forced to adjust with the irregular water supply. The another funny thing to be noted is the pumping issue is faced by the water authority in specific times that is everyday between 7am to 10pm we will have to compromise for the pumping issue. This timings may vary sometimes we have to wait till 2pm the next day for the supply. On most Sundays and public holidays this pumping issue will not be there. Kindly look into the matter seriously and take appropriate actions. We also need transparency for this issue. The services offered by water authority is not free of cost we are paying for it. Then why should we suffer for this

The people of pulimood resident association is really fed up by following up this. We have to change our daily routines. So we expect a trustworthy solution for this burning issue.

I am staying in Ulloor, Green Gardens Lane, Trivandrum, Kerala, ( Next to Credence Hospital). For the past 10 days In our Area there was No Water Supply . The people living here are struggling and have given lot of complaints about this to the water authority office, but there was no proper explanation or reply on it. There is no water supply in our area for last 2 days. As a shop owner we are facing difficulties to run the shop without water. A huge number of domestic connections are also waiting like horn bills for another pumping day. Expecting a quick action for this problem.
