Sir,

Kindly register my complaint and replace my khaitan gas water geyser which was bought. From the date of puchase i have to face a lot of trouble and i have not purchased a second hand product, i have purchased a new gas water heater but there is a lot of complaint from the very beginning and i hve alredy send my compliant to the customer care but no one is taking it seriously so i have to send my complaint to chariman and vice chariman of khaitan because i have a lot of trust in khaitain product and i not using only this product of khaitan i also use a lot of product of khatian



If the khaitan is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, i will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully. I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem i have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.



I m frustrated after buying the khaitan gas water geyser product and i m not satisfied with the service of this product. I bought the khaitan product on dated28th november 2009 now i have a lot of trouble at present it is not working. There is a major problem the khaitan gas geyser is not working,







I have very bad experience with khaitan product.


Even i don't know where i suppose to go with my complaint.
What should i have to do?



Should i never purchased again khaitan product, even not suggest other to buy khaitan product.

I have already registered a complaint before few months ur service enginner has come but the problem is already consistent so its a matter of such a disgrace that my khaitan gas heate is out of order. I have purchased khaintan gas heate on dated 28th november 2009 from tilak trading pvt. Ltd. 20 mandir market tilak nagar new delhi - 110018
But from the very beginning it is not working properly
I m not receiveing hot water

So i reqeust u to take necessary action against my complaint

I purchased a Khaitan 10 litres capacity Orange model from Capital Electronics, Ulta danga, Kolkata in Dec.2011. It has been giving me regular trouble with the heating. Within a year three times it has stopped functioning and the repair takes a lot of pursuasion and the timings are controlled entirely by the mechanic only. I have nade a request for change of machine within the guarantee period but it is also not happening. I think this is the last time that I have purchased a Khaitan product.
