I have purchase khaitan water heater Ocio of 25 ltr capacity on dated 06.08.10 which is having the 2year guarantee .
the problem is that the water is not heating properly after 20min, the heating light become off and water is not heated .
I have registered complaint 2-3 days back, but their is no response .
