The Company has stopped production of the Blaze and are not bothered about the one's who have bought it earlier. Service centres are a useless lot.
I brought this kinetic blaze for craze, and was fully satisfied for the first year, but the service is the worst and they don't have proper mechanics or spares to service in chennai, i do regualar visits to DV Motors when ever i go i have to pay them atleast Rs.2000/- but the very next i have to go back for the same complaints, everytime they give different reasons the latest is to change the gear box. someone help me where do i get original spares and good service for my vehicle in chennai, , , , , now mahindra taken over kinetic hope to get some response ... is the industry listening
Dear All, its not only you i am living in chennai i was been cheated by a stupid sales men he told me it has a resale value bike and since i brought it i had purchased it for 92000/- with interest and i spend on service almost for 25k to 30k and now some parts is not avbl in markets when i went for resale i was like in comma the same person offered me 5k to 8k only. I am so disappointed with the industry,
Kinetic should face a huge loss. And i was really shocked was the real worth of vehicle is not more that 25k INR.

I own a Blaze, in the intial year, it was running fine. From the second year onwards its electrical parts started burning resuilting to damaging the rectifier, battery and CDI. Service centre here in Kathmandu is the worst one I have ever seen. Never ever buy any mobikes built by Kinetic or Mahindra. Rather go for Honda.

Hey Guys, i am Daniel from Delhi & i too was one of the first owners of the much Hyped Kinetic Blaze which i know realize was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. My one didn't run good for even 6 months and had a problem of oil leak from the gear box area from the very beginning. The company could not repair it and then it sold out. I have bought another bike after that and am using the same while the Blaze stands rusting, without anyone even interested to buy it.
I would this time invite u all (people grieved as me) to join hands and take up this matter together in the Court. After having waited enough i was myself planning to finally go to the court, until i read this page. I am sure our united effort would help us out and many others who are quiet and suffering loss of this useless thing. U can reach me on [protected] or on ucsdaniel.[protected]@gmail.com.

I agree with all of you. getting the spare parts is a huge problem. I am not getting the rectifier for so many days now. I had paid 55 K for this bike and I feel cheated.
I dont understand how can Mahindra not give the spare parts. This is utterly unprofessional.

Hi, I am in the sam boat. Bought Blaze in 2007 and since then lots of expenditures for it. Now I had not got rectifier for 5 months and after lots of pushing and follow ups, got the rectifier for 2000 rupees and it failed within a month !!! Now again I am not getting rectifier ! Mahindra had taken over kinetic but they are not acting professionally and responsibly for blaze customers ! This is the most irresponsible behaviour I have ever encountered. I bought blaze paying 57k + much more for maintenance and I too feel completely cheated !
I agree that we should unite and bring mahindra to task !! We need to make them accountable if they have taken over kinetic. They simply can't deny services and parts and ask us to sell our 57K vehicle after 3 yrs for mere 5k !!!

would like to bring to your notice that i the Laxmi auto world, Andheri have closed down the service of the kinetic blaze.I have purchased the vehicle in 2006 after which i had regular and relatively poor service from laxmi auto.I was never satisfied with the scooter service.and now they have closed down the service and denying to help in any regards asking to contact the company. The company is very irresponsible as they have not ensured after sales services, spare parts are not available in market and local service people denying servicing it.I have now broken front body which is holded on the external fitted screws, silencer makes a lot of noice.breaks are useless, oil is leaking, and above all spare parts are expensive. and thanks to mumbai roads, my ride has gone for toss and im paying almost every week to repairs.
Its really surprsing that such a renowed company's after sales service is pathetice, the spare parts are expensive. 6 months back I bought a charger to charge the battery for 1800/- as compared to other vehicles the cost of the charger is less than 200/-. Today after 6months again I have replace the charger now the dealer is asking for 2250/- for the same. I want to now lodge a compalint against this loot. If any one knows where I can lodge the complaint please help me. Please advice your friends NOT TO BUY KINETIC BLAZE.
Blaze was a bike meant for highways in hell...Unfortunately Kinetic Motors got wasted... now even M&M sucks !
I am in similiar state as the company has folded with .. no shop left for service as well for parts .. and where can one go now with a huge machine bought for over Rs 50000. lying waste . the sad story of Kinetic Blaze .

I am facing a similar issue with Kinetic Blaze, while I was very happy with its performance, the after sales service is very very poor. The rectifier wire of my Blaze is spoiled, the side light indicator is broken, side stand is broken and also is the main stand and suprising non of these are now repariable as the parts are no more available in the market. I have also written to the compnay with no response from them. The condition today for me is that I will have to sell it in scrap value (as advised by the company authorized service center). This is ridiculous, for the price one pays for the this bike, one does not get any satisfaction. PLEASE BE AWARE NEXT TIME WHEN PURCHASING A VEHICLE, DONT GO FOR LOOKS, TAKE THE MOST SELLING BRAND IN THE MARKET.

I do agree and understand the issue with the poor availability of the spare parts for Kinetic Blaze, because i also faced a similar situation with my 1999 model Bajaj Legend that my father bought 12 years ago, But I was lucky enough to get the spare parts from and old scrap, I just spent Rs 6000 on the spare parst of the scooter and it is as good as new, and delivers a milleage of 70 kmpl, It was big challenge to get the CDI of the scooter, but any how the mechanic managed to arrange one for my scooter, I also have a Kinetic blaze that gives a milleage of 40 kmpl, and I am happy with the performance, I purchased the scooter from my friend at a scrap price of Rs 7000 only, again I spent Rs 1100 for minor repairs and the scooter is as good as new, so the moral of the story is "Please do not trust the delaers/authorised service stations for spare parts (unless the scooter is in waranty period)" please walk up to any good/reputed mechanic to fix the problem, if lucky then you will be more satisfied with their customer centric attitude, bcoz at the end of the day we want "resolution" for our problem

I have kinetic blaze model 2007 scooty silencer is doing too much of noise and i want new silencer so that i can feel free !
