[Resolved] Kiran Gas Agency, Khan Market, New Delhi — not supplying the GAS with correct mesurement and open seal | |
CONSUMER NO : 39368 (INDANE GAS) I am to state that the Indane Gas Cylinder suuplied to me by the Kiran Gas Agency are with open seal and with under weight. The vendor who supplies the Gas Cylinder always brings the Wighing Machine which is not in proper order. On rechecking the cylinder with correct mesurement, it is found that the Cylinder weights less than 2-3 Kgs. Repeated complaints to vender and telephonic compliants to the Gas Agency is not being attended to. It is, therefore, requiested that suitable corrective action may be taken against the irring Agency. Kiran gas agency service is very very very... bad service for booking and delivery and kiran gas service at khan market their employees are very bad nature person. They lady her name maya she is very egoistic lady. krian gas service change the rule any time as per rule i m booking for cylinder on Friday dt. 26.11.2010 and i m not receive cylinder till Wednesday and i am again call on 01.12.2010 kiran gas agency and said her (maya employee kiran gas agency) my consumer no. 3221 and last Friday i had booked but i am not receiving cylinder then she told me here is not any in our record for ur consumer no. i m very angry this is 2nd time they are not booking my cylinder then she said i m booking after 21 days i told her i know that Friday 21 first day complete my previous booking so i m booking she not realize her fault and she told me now i m booking ur cylinder and tomorrow i will send ur home. but i can't receive any cylinder till now today i m calling again in the morning at 9:50 am one male person receive my call and i said him our problem then he said me mam thoda problem tha i will send u today afternoon ok. i m very very unhappy with their kiran gas service till now i have not receive any cylinder i m calling again now 12:00 pm talk the lady maya but she are very bad response to me. She said me aap kya samjhte ho booking hote hi cylinder de de aur itni jaldi cylinder khatam ho jaata hai o my god main unko bola aap meri baat to suno madam but no wo apni hi bole jaa rahi hai aur itne misbehave ke saath baat karti hai i hate her. kahti hai 2 - 3 days aur lagenge maine kaha mam mere ghar ke cylinder khaali hai humko raak to bhi bahar se khana pada aur subah breakfast nahi bana arey bhai koi bhi cylinder hamre ghar main maximum 25 days chalta hai aur 21 din main kiran gas book hota hai 3 - 4 days main bhejete hai to aap bataye ki hum kya kare itne pahle waala cylinder khali ho jaata hai. i m 100% sure ki ye employees black main cylinder dete hai aur hamari booking par kisi aur ko de dete hai aur hame kahte hai arey madam aap ki booking nahi hai. i m sorry but kiran gas agency at khan market give u very bad service and response i want complaint against agency and employees tell what can i do? many times i have face the same problem please helpppppppppppp me sir or madam.
