Kolkata Police — cheating,fraud and threatening

> I Siddhartha .s.majumdar ,s/o shri k.c.majumdar,residing at 160,masunda.buri bari.P.O new barrkapur,P.S.ghola,Kolkata-700131.dist.24 pgs(N).i m to state as follows:-
> That one sri. Anjan Banerjee of 45c/1h/2, moore avenue, Kolkata 700040.claiming himself as a producer and director of a film named “### Mother”, requested me for some financial assistance and assured me that his Film shall be release on 10th day of November.2007 and after release of the said film ,he will b able to refund the money .but neither he completed the film nor giving back my money.
> That being convinced on his statement on 10th day of October, 2007 I have paid to him cash rs 40,000/-
> That thereafter he requested me for another rs 1, 00,000/- for release of his film and being convinced I have paid him cash rs 70,000/-on 23.10.2007.
> That by the two instalment he has taken from me rs 1, 10,000/-
> That thereafter in spite of my repeated request and demand he has avoided me by different false pretexts.
> That after enquiry I came to know that he is a great cheater of that locality ,and changed his address of residence and office ,and several times he is threatening for non-submission of any request or prayer before any police station and if I do so ,it will b not good for me and my family .
> That’s finding no other way I am requesting you that you many kindly consider this case and be pleased to take necessary steps,so that cheater may be punished in and I get my money back accordance to law.
