My home theatre which I purchased in the the moth of october 2010,from e zone outlet k star mall chembur, the day it was installed by the company representative one of the five speakers was not working as promised by the they changed the same but it took sweet time of nothing less then a month again in the month of april 2011 end it was not working so I made a complaint for which I was given a number 318926 a techinician cam after a week and I was informed that transformer and speaker is spoiled and needs to be changedand would be changed in a week inspite of making a regular complaint and I also visited ezone chembur they said they can't help in this and I m in regular touch with ms.anisha she keeps on promsising that it will be done this or coming which really iritates me.
