Koutons Showroom — Discourteous staff

I had visited the Koutons outlet at Shipra Mall, Indirapuram on 23rd Nov 2008, the staff at the outlet was the most discourteous & had no clue about their own products...to my utter surprise the guy sitting at the cash counter instructed the salesman to fetch water for some of his friend who had come to meet him, the salesman vanished when I was trying the suit and never bothered to come back to me even after 10 mins...on being asked about the feedback book I was given a very rude response...I liked the suit a lot but was compelled to buy a different one from the nearby Peter England outlet which had a much more courteous & receptive staff...I might not be important for Koutons as a customer.

Istead of Rs.563/- has taken a payment of Rs.809/- saying 80% discount. Although bill details are wrong yet not provided the balance extra amount.

I feel very sad to let you know tht your company has a pathetic customer service i am a regular
customer of koutons, DURGAPUR(WEST.BENGAL)ur and i had visited your store recently in BHIRINGI outlet near RELIANCE HOTEL
n i was illtreated by the owner/ reception desk employee. he has abused me n misbehaved with
me i had gone to buy some formal shirts n pants from your store n had requested to show the product for size confirmation
he started misbehaving and abusing me ... i just wanted to know is this the way you treat your customers ... your company logo says THE WAY AHEAD ALWAYS... i feel if this is the way you r going to
treat your customers... u will be alwayz lagging behind... because at the end of the day customer satisfaction matters
the most in this competetive world... i dont know the name of the official but he was the owner or the franchisee of
the shop but i would request you to take an immideate action against him because today or tommorrow he will ruin your
company's reputation, goodwill for sure... i hope you will take this as a serious issue n take neccessay action ...

Koutons Retail India Ltd — They taking money but not given service

sir,
i am joydeep sen i buy a paint from satgachi branch of koutons.That paints was unfinished and they told me that they have the alter facility and i pay extra for that but after the alteration they made that paint rediculas and i cant ware that paint any more.when i going to made a complain they did not attend me.My question is when they are selling a unfinished product they should take the resposibility to gave us a proper finish but they charge extra and they are not hired any professional person for that.So now i paid money just for nothing and that is not my fault i feel they just cheat me.

so please advise me what should i do or please take care of this matter.

koutons in kanpur (govind nagar )the owner naming arjun told that the discunt on suit is 80% and on bill he made it was 75% on asking he said the scheme is not started today might start from tomorrow.date of purchase is 17 jan 2010
