[Resolved]  Kristal Group — Outgoing calls barred

This is the second and last time I am sending a mail to your customer service. I am one of your valuable customer ( I don't know in your aspect) using around 4 or more reliance connections from the launching period of reliance mob service. Please find the below mentioned nos.

Mob post paid connection [protected] (Cug connection used by me on behalf of Kristal Group))
Mob post paid [protected] (data card)
Mob pre paid [protected]
Pco connection [protected]
Pco connection [protected] and lot more which I am not mentioning.

Hope you will re-activate my cug no [protected] which has been deactivated from two days being my due date is 22nd of Sept were my bill has been paid with a lum sum amount of Rs.17, 000/- by cheque including my bill amount to your web world which is located at Marine drive Kochi (kerala)

The only thing I needed is I would like to re-activate my connection within an hour.

Hope being a reputed company you wont try to loose a customer who is with you from the beginning itself.

If you are not able to re-activate my above mentioned cug no. please de-activate my whole nos mentioned above with my consent guarateeing this mail.
