[Resolved]  KSRTC — online booking refund

Hi,
I booked a ticket from Palghat to Bangalore on the 8th of april and the date of travel being 13th of april.

The amount got debited from my credit card and the ticket was not booked.

Repeated emails to [protected]@ksrtc.org was useless as they give a standard reply and finally they gave a number to contact for refund and when contacted they dont respond properly and being shuttled from one number to another and finally they requested to email again and this is going on and on.

Government should take responsibility of such irresponsible behavior of officials.

Please take the action against previous complaint. Till the problem is not from last few months if you have any technical problem with respect this issues kindly mail to me. if you not solved this problem i will be treated this as no objection from your company for appeal in the court.

KSRTC — Service cancellation refund is not given

Dear sir,

I have booked a ticket from Mangalore to Hyderabad on 5/10/2011 in karanataka state road transport corporation bus (KSRTC) with the following details
PNR Number J25799967 Trip Code 1558MNGHYD. the bus had been cancelled without any prior notice.and with lot of struggle I had to find alternate travelling mode on the same day. today it is 3/11/11 , almost 1 month over the amount still not refunded. whom should I approach . I contacted all the numbers given in Ticket and websites. I send mails to awatar also . no use

KSRTC — money not refunded for failed transaction even after nearly 33 days and sending so many reminder mails

I tried to book a ticket using ksrtc online booking facility and i got two failures and my amount is deducted once from SBI bank account.
I tried to do the transaction on 03/10/2011 around 12:10 pm.

I tried to book my ticket on 14-04-12 for my travel on 15-04-12. An amount of Rs. 615.00 has been taken from my ICICI Bank credit card. But the ticket has not been booked. Pl. checkup and arrange to refund the money taken from credit card at the earliest.

I tried booking a ticket on KSRTC eticket online website on 12/07/2012 from Bangalore to Tirupthi. The transaction has falied but
an amount of 1475 is debited my ICICI credit card.

Pl. checkup and arrange to refund the money taken from credit card at the earliest.

KSRTC — Refund of not booked ticket

while booking online ticket from bangalore to mangalore amount 281/- has deducted from my bank account 002190 corporation bank sidlaghatta branch. but ticket did not get booked for the OB number OB6745681.... please help me to get re fund my amount.

I have booked two Tickets from Bangalore to Tirupathi through KSRTC Online Booking for Volvo AIRAVAT, but the transaction got failed and money got deducted from my account i.e., an amount of Rs.820/- . My date of booking is 03/05/2012.
Even i have dropped a mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org, but in vain. I haven't got any response from the KSRTC concerned authorities.

Could you please look into this issue, and take an action on this.

The response from KSRTC is very Bad. There is no esclation number or Mail id.

Yes I do have the same experience. Its been one month I am continuously following up with KSRTC. Neither they respond to the calls nor reply to emails. They should have some escalation nos to report the customer complaints / feedback.

I am facing the similar problem. KSRTC cancelled the bus which we booked from OOty to Bangalore. While calling they gave the similar response stating write email or call some numbers they will take care but I am following up for last 3 months. Every time in the morning or after noon some lady picks up the phone on[protected] and asking to call back at 5Pm. Calling on 5 PM gave no result as no one picks up the phone. KSRTC does not have any escalation procedure and cheats people with their money
