[Resolved]  KST Infrastructure Ltd — KST Infrastructure Ltd Faridabad

I have booked 2 BHK Flat in KST infrastructure Faridabad in Jan 2007. Till date only few floors are completed. Entire payment for the project has been done. I am sending e mail / letters to their directors but no reply received. They are adding new projects but not even single project is completed by them till date.
KST is totally non comitted builder and no help to their customers to get out of this problem.
Buyers Agreement for three years is over and they are saying that the delay in project is due to the goverment widening the road. Hence no penalty will be paid.

After evey six months they have a new manager just to dupe the customers.

They have to refund of entire amount with interest to investors if they donot perform. Law should help all those who are duped by such builders.

Dear Fellow Allottee’s
I wish all a Happy New Year 2013 and hope to be soon blessed by getting possession of our allotted flats.

Since it has been more than 5 years that KST has been working on this SMALL project and till date progress of this project is ~50% only where company has reduced number of flats per tower.

With this note I would like to remind everyone of contentious false commitments so far we have received by this company. On top of this this, while talking to Rita (one of the allottee): “KST officials were rude” while talking to her and asking for penalty.

May I request all who have opted for construction link plan to kindly write a separate mail to me at tec.[protected]@gmail.com or contact me @ [protected] in order to combine our efforts and contact KST to consider our cases, if KST still does not shows any positive sign than we will connect with an organization who can help us in sorting this out.

Note:
1) For people who have already paid complete amount should not be relaxed since I am not convinced by another date shared by KST. To me this is another date to make fool o[censored]s.
2) For people who are getting threats from this KST should connect separately for next steps…

THIS IS QUITE AMAZING...I FULLY AGREE WITH ASHISH...IF WHY SHOULD DEALERS ASK THEIR CLIENT TO INVEST IN A DELAYED PROJECT...
DEALERS HAVE NEVER WORKED IN KST, SO THEY NEVER WANT WE WOULD EARN SOMETHING...THEY BUY FOR 2000 AND SELL FOR 2500, TAKE GOOD MARGIN AND WILL FOOLED US.

SO BETTER WAIT AND WATCH...PAY UR DUES AT TIME...AS WE WOULD GET ELIGIBLE FOR PENALTY CLAUSE.
100% with customers, commitment must be 100% adhered and if not get ready to be penalized. As per current scenario marketing guys offering penalty clause to those who have respected every justified demand. freeky dealers will try to distress the sale, and get earned too much. remember guys there is not even any project in faridabad that can be delivered in next one or one and half year with bsp of[protected].

While talking about dues and penalty clause... i hope we remember the posession date of this project ... SEPT 2010. Not sure if KST team has got the date changed to Feb 2013.

Similarly while talking about penalty, KST is also liable to pay penalty to its allotees for non completion of project on time... which no one can see as of now.

Still dont you see that this Builder is making fool from last many years??? the money we are giving to KST is simply getting invested in other project/s?

Please correct me, right now the overall status of this project is ~50% -- right!

KST is liable to pay penalty to its allotees for non completion of project on time. They can not charge fire fighting charges extra. they should immediately credit the customers account with penalty. Even the edc/idc charged is also illegal and un-justified.

Dear All

I am also an investor in this project. We have been waiting for the possession since 2009. Builder has demanded EEDC, external electrification charges and fire fighting charges. But no talks of penalty payment from his side. in addition, he is now demanding service tax w.ef. 2010. on all payments made since then.

Hi everyone..
I am a KST customer and my situation is like urs...I keep visiting the site every year/...This time I visited in July 2013...14 the floor slab is complete...4 more floors are yet to go and then finishing etc...it will take a year IF the work goes on...
They haven't intimated about their NEW office which is at JDM Mall 1st floor opposite Sahara mall, Gurgaon...Telephone numbers are the same...
BPTP is coming up next to it yet it is near completion...
The link to Expressway has been approved BUT work hasn't started as yet...
I wanted to dispose my flat the brokers in the nearby area wanted to sell it off without any profit...They are hand-in-gloves with the builders...
Once BPTP is over...and Expressway link work starts..then KST may speed up...

We have booked the flats on 23/09/2006 and have made almost 95% payment of Rs.1, 51, 40, 800/- as per your commitment to construct and deliver the flats within stipulated timleline.

It is pertinent to mention here that we have made the payments against the flats immediately as per your schedule. As per Allotment Letter and Seller-Buyer Agreement executed in the year 2006 they suppose to deliver the possession of flats within 36 months i.e. 3 years but they failed to do so.
We pursued and met their representatives at site, Mr. Nagpal and Mr. Vikas Saharan and at your Gurgaon Office met Mr. Rajeev Chauhan time to time but no proper response was given regarding delivery of flats at site.

They have received the payments under the garb of false documentary commitments to deliver the flats in time and thereafter issued threats time to time to cancel the bookings if we do not make further payments in time. Now on receipt of full payments they have left the site/project incomplete. No allotted flats as per agreement exists at site. Neither they have constructed 17th floor nor the flats thereon. They have cheated us by executing false Seller-Buyer Agreement and Allotment of flats. The contents of the agreement are extremely unfair and completely one sided. What is the logic of charging 18% interest on payment if no construction of the Floor/Flats as committed in the Agreement?.
The amount chargecd was to be used for flat construction which does not exist at site. In fact 17th Floor in Tower B does not exist. We have continuously done our part of the agreement but they have failed to construct and deliver the floor & fllats. Now they are again issuing threats for payment if not paid they will cancel the booking of flats.

From the act and deed done by KST Infrastructure Management it is quite clear that they with malafide intention have cheated and defrauded the public by executing false, misleading and fraudulent agreements.

So we request all to come together and after joint meeting we must put representation to all concerned authorities. Mob : 9953807974
Kst is going at a good vpace with number of projects coming up i fbd, grgn, rohtak, etc Itz the development from the govts side dat has resulted i the delayed ROI for the customers . The things are positive now as development is in good pace, so customers must pay up their dues & expect the builder to handover the project within a years time. Itz no easy task to work along companies like Dlf, Ansals, Eros, etc.
The company is debt free, no project loan as in other cases. So, customer timely payment is the major financial source for project completion.

Kst reality is reality of developers as developers are working on behalf of govt if govt doesn't develop the area its very difficult for the developer to take through the project as customers stop paying their dues result of low returns
