He is a cheat and a thief. We were duped in the same fashion by him.

We had even worse experience with them recently. Even cops are of no use as they suggested to us not to mess with the lady who runs this as she is not a good lady and we would not be able to get out your money. This is Delhi Police..."With you, for you always" we are so proud of them.
My 7000 bucks are stuck with them and this lady(who runs the whole thing) also called us and threatened that in case we try to do anything like this she will get our house robbed or file a case against us for rape...So we have thought now that its better to forget the money as charity and live a peaceful life.
My sincere suggestion, do not go to them..these people are not just frauds..these are big time goons with some very high level connections so you should never go to them.

Kumar Personnel Bureau is staffed by seasoned liars. They kept me dangling for TWO MONTHS after the maid they had provided, left suddenly. In disgust, I had to go to another agency. There is no hope of getting back the money (over five thousand rupees) which I am owed as unearned commission. They must earn a great deal through this tactic.
Mr Kumar, Mr Manoj have no intension of refunding money at all. for the last 2 months i am trying to get my refund but all in vains.

We keep on calling from last 2 months to refund our money, everytime Mr. Manoj says i will talk of Mr. Subodh kumar (owner of the bureau) for refund. Till now no settlement. They simply duped us.

Is there any legislation in the country for fraudsters like Kumar Bureau. Lets make a joint representation to Labour Commissioner and DCP south delhi. Lets join hands and teach kumar bureau lesson for their misdeeds.
Same story here..i've been duped of Rs 10k...the maid they provided left in 15 days...and i've been chasing them ever since to provide a so called "replacement" or refund...i dont see either coming anytime soon.

Everytime that woman says I will send you refund by cheque but everytime the person she handover the cheque leave the job. They all are very cheat and cheap as well. Till now no settlement. Kumar Personal Bureau is a BIG Fraud. Requested not to deal with them. They make public fool. Services are pathetic. Maid ran away in a months time though gave advance of Rs.15, 000/- to Agency. No alternative was provided by them despite several calls were made to them finally took off from office and managed work myself. It is more headache to keep a maid rather than work ourself. Please make sure that maid do not carry Mobile Phone with them. Mobile is more imp for them rather then work. Finally told Manoj for settlement and they gave a "Self' cheque from Corporation Bank from Ms. Jaya Jha Account, the so calledo wner of Agency. It was requested by them not to encash for 15 days due to financial trouble. After some days, it was found that there is no funds in bank account and on calling to Mr. Manoj...he again started giving me false and lame excuses. Now lets see the fate off this Agency. You are reuqested to Write to Just Dial as Negative Comment, so that they should de-list such Company for Cheating public at large. Public at large have been cheated by this so called Main Agency. Kindly search "Kumar Personal Bureau" in Google before taking their services and see how many people have been victimised by them. Once you pay the money, never think to get refund. So many consumers have raised concerned against him. They issue Self Cheque without having any money in their Bank Account.

A domestic help hired from a placement agency fled with cash and jewellery worth Rs 10 lakh from the house of a businessman in Greater Kailash area of Southeast Delhi two days ago, police said.
The accused, identified as Arvind Singh, was hired just a few days back from a placement agency in Lajpat Nagar, police said, adding that the incident occurred at the residence of one Arjun Popli.
The accused was hired from Kumar Personal Bureau, a placement agency at Lajpat Nagar Phase-I. Its owner, identified as Manoj Kumar Mandal, is currently being questioned, police said, adding that he had not verified the accused’s antecedents.
The incident occurred when Popli left his home for an outing with his family on Sunday evening. “When they returned, they found that Singh had fled with money as well as jewellery, ” a senior police officer said, adding that the almirah had been forced open. Singh is a resident of Hardoi in Uttar Pradesh. The police have registered a case, and are investigating.

Its a modern necessity of depending on maid for child I have seen the maid working also tortures the baby unable to explain providing food after getting it tasted by herself it is an endless story
