[Resolved] Kun Honda,Adyar — Worst Service | |||
Kun Honda Sales cum service center in adyar is the worst service center i have ever seen. I booked for my third free service(which is not actually free and included in your vehicle price) and when i go & drop my vehicle, they treat me as if i live at their mercy. The vehicle which was in good condition, gets tampered during the service and is handed over to us with miscellaneous charges which is actually meant to be free. The side view mirror of my vehicle got tampered and is loosely swaying around when i go at 40km/hr. The lock of the vehicle will be jammed and you need to struggle with it for more than week to bring it back. when you go back to them, they hardly hear and say we are busy. Busy in what??(serving ???) The service people abuse you for their mistakes. These guys are basking in glory under the name of Honda. Guys please don't just go by the brand image, fall into the trap of these third rated local dealers.These guys should be punished for their impudence. Was this information helpful? | |||

i felt happy about the Showroom environment & delivery schedules.. but when you come to the service section.. Kun honda, Perungudi branch would be the one of the worst service center i ever heard/experienced..
for ex.. my case, when i went to pick my bike after delivery i found that, no water wash done & seems no difference b/w b4 and after service.. When i inquired thay agreed that theyhavent done water wash..
then they told me to come back on monday, i went again monday without realizing that still they ll try to fool me.. Again they havent done properly... by saying all fake reasons..

I have booked Honda activate 3G in KUN Honda. Very Worst sales experience. Yesterday evening I got a call from showroom and they confirmed that bike is ready to pickup. But when I visited the showroom today, they are saying by mistake they called and bike will be ready only by evening. No responding in properly. Almost am in showroom more than 1 hr, till now no response from anyone
PLEASE DONT GO TO PERUNGUDI KUN WORST SERVICE NON TOLERABLE.
Dear Sir, for your information i am using Honda Activa for past 10 years from JSP Honda, this is the first time i booked Honda Activa 125 from KUN Honda Perungudi worst experience i ever had in my life . I booked Vehicle Honda Activa 125 dlx colour white BX No:1516/2514 on 7th March 2016 Mr Anand told within 10 days i will get my bike, you don't believe till 4 weeks i didn't get a single call from KUN Honda and i myself went to show room met Ms Rajeswarie she told that no White vehicle available only red color is available, And i booked Red vehicle ( Like a stupid ) on 6th of April Mr Anand same person who attend ask to pay the full amount and told the bike will deliver on 10th of April i gave my Bike for exchange, he gave the assurance that the bike will deliver by Monday because i dont have a bikr to go to my office and today i called Ms Rajeswari she told Anand is on leave and bike is still in warehouse will be registered and delivered on Friday. This is the way you are giving customer respect as we don't have any work need to pay the full amount and slog like a dog to your showroom, Shame on you KUN being a big organization the customer service in zero, I am a HR manager 1500 employees working with me in Kovai Pazharmudir Niliyam Pvt Ltd i will inform each of my staffs not to ever go and Book a Vehicle in KUN Motors, i will not end up now, will wait when they are going to deliver my Vehicle. Hi, I have Honda Twister and had an issue of blocking while the bike is running. So, I gave my bike for service in Kun Honda Adyar.I gave on 10th Aug 9.00ey said they can only deliver on 13th Aug. I thought they take time to do a good service and gave the bike for service. I told them i need to leave Chennai on 13th Aug, but they put the delivery time at 6 PM only. I called them on 13th to check the status of the bike and they asked to me to come at 4PM and 4 pm they called me and asked whether they can change the brake shoe and asked me to come at 6pm. I was like huh, they are only checking my bike now at 4 PM. I went to the service center at 6 to collect my bike, they delivered the bike at 7.30 PM. From the service center my house is around half kilometer, within that, bike was blocking around 15 times. They charged 3329 rupees and they didnt do any proper service at all. They also get the signature the bike is in good condition while making hte payment. I am really dont know now what to do.Today(Aug 14th) and tomorrow (Aug 15th) is a holiday and i can only report on tuesday. Really felt bad the way they handled the customer and the service they are offering.
