[Resolved]  kurlon/ diamond rubber — replacement of damaged mattress

I HAD BOUGHT ANGELICA MATTRESS( kurlon) FROM DIAMOND RUBBER, LAJPAT NAGAR, DELHI IN APRIL 2006. IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2007 I SAW THERE IS A SMALL DIP APPERAING IN THE MATTRESS AND I CONTACTED THE DEALER AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD BE CONTACTING YOUR OFFICE FOR THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH MR GURMEET ON REGULAR BASIS FOR THIS PROBLEM SINCE THEN BUT NOBODY CAME. THEM I CONTACTED KURLON DIRECTLY AND SPOKE TO MR GULATI AND I GOT LUCKY ONE DAY AFTER MY REPEATED CALLS TO HIM HE SENT ONE OF YOUR INSPECTOR MR.S.KUMAR TO SEE THE MATTRESS AFTER MANY MONTHS, HE INSPECTED THE MATTRESS AND IN THE MEAN TIME THE DEPRESSION HAS BECOME SO DEEP THAT IT IS CAUSING IMMENSE TROUBLE TO ME AND INFACT DUE TO THIS I HAVE DEVELOPED A BACK PAIN. YOU WOULD BE SHOCKED OF THE INFERIOR QUALITY OF THE MATTRESS.

AFTER THE INSPECTION MR KUMAR HAD SAID THAT THE MATTRESS WILL BE REPLACED IN ONE WEEK. AFTER 2 WEEKS AGAIN I CONTACTED MR GULATI AND INQUIRED ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY CASE BUT HE SAID THAT HE NEED THE COPY OF THE INVOICE WHICH IS BEING MISPLACED BY ME. BUT I HAVE GIVEN HIM THE GUARANTEE CARD WHICH CLEARLY MENTIONS THAT THE MATTRESS HAS A LIFE TIME WARRANTY BUT HE SAID IT IS NOT VALID AND WE WILL NOT CHANGE THE MATTRESS TIL THE TIME THE INVOICE COPY IS GIVEN.

I CONTACTED DIAMOND RUBBER WHO I WAS IN REGULAR TOUCH AND HE PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL GIVE ME A DUPLICATE VOPY OF THE INVOICE WHICH TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT GOT EVEN AFTER BEING PATIENT ON THE ASSURABCES GIVEN TO ME BY MR GURMEET OF DIAMOND RUBBER THAT HE WILL GET IT CHANGED AND ISSUED ME THE INVOICE.

LAST WEEK HE SAID THAT HE CANNOT GIVE ME THE DUPLICATE INVOICE AND SAID NOT TO CALL AGAIN AND HE IS NOT BOTHERED ABOUT ANY CONSEQUENCES.

I NEED YOUR HELP IN THIS TO GET THE MATTRESS REPLACED AS THERE IS A MAJOR DEFECT IN IT WHICH IS CAUSING PROBLEMS, THE DEPRESSION IN THE MATTRESS NOW IS A HUGE CURVE AND YOU CAN VERY WELL IMAGINE WHAT DAMAGE IT CAN DO TO YOUR BACK.

I LOOK FORWARD TO HEAR FROM YOU TO GET THIS MATTRESS REPLACED AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THOSE REASPONSIBLE WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

ALSO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHEN A PERSON HAS A WARRANTY CARD FOR THE MATTRESS WHY IS IT NOT BEING TAKEN CARE FOR ALMOST 9 MONTHS NOW.
