I HAVE BOUGHT A KUTCHINA CHIMNEY VOGUE SS ON 09/01/2009. SINCE THE INSTALLATION WE HAVE SEEN THAT THE SUCTION CAPACITY IS NOT SO STRONG. I STILL FEEL THAT THE EXHAUST FANS WERE BETTER. WE MADEA 5 YEAR CONTRACT FOR SERVICING WITH LOKENATH APPLIANCES, 13 S.P.C. BLOCK, CHITTARANJAN COLONY, BAGHAJATIN, KOL-92. PH :[protected]. WHENEVER THEY COME, THEY CLEAN THE CHIMNEY. THEY TAKE AWAY ONE MOTOR AND DO NOT RETURN BEFORE TWO TO THREE MONTHS. WE KEEP ON SLOGGING AFTER THEM AND THEY CANNOT PROMISE US WHEN TO RETURN WITH THE MOTOR.
