[Resolved] Kutchina — Service Complaint | |||
I made an AMC with Kutchina for 3years on 25th August,2012 with ten free service agreement, but they do not provide any service mentioned in terms & conditions even in one year they provide only one service after 8months intimating them by phone...where as according to agreement I already get three free service...Now,kindly help me for getting some solution Was this information helpful? | |||

Kutchina - AMC Service Complaint
I made an AMC with Kutchina for 3years on[protected] service book no - 3/5517...first AMC service date was on the month of June...i have called their Executive Name Pabitra Roy ( phone no - [protected] ) so many times but every time he gives me some excuse and tell that he will come within some days...but unfortunately from last 10- 15 days his phone is switched off...i don't no whom to contact for AMC service...Now, kindly help me for getting some solution...

I having been calling your customer care no, 2666047 several times its always busy 24 x 7 and if at all it rings no one answers. I am sending you this mail sir expecting a good result or I will have to approach the consumers court to help out. I hope that you shall do the needful at your earliest. After a very bad service from kutchina I am sending you this e-mail to take next action.
For AMC service I called your customer care first 11/4/2016( docket no is[protected], then for same reason I called on 2/5/2016(customer service agent was Arpita das) and get a wrong commitment from customer service that within 2 days I would get a call from service team. After 48 hours I called again (customer service agent was swata das) get another wrong commitment that within 30 min I would get a call from service team.
I am totally confused what is happening. I already paid for AMC. However, again and again I am calling and result is zero. After pre paid for service why I would call gain and again.
