[Resolved]  KVR AUTOCARS — WORST DEALER KVR

Dear viewers,

I am rajeesh working in a reputed firm at perinthelmanna.

I would like to share a bad experience which i had in my life when i took a swift petrol VXI from KVR. Who even don’t know the basics of the vehicle…..

I am directly coming in to the point, Without any document with me they offered me Dilse scheme worth 8000/-, exchange bonus woth 10000/-, seat cover and underbody. From the co-dealer I came to know that it is impossible to give this much discount to a customer who doesn’t have documents, at that time I thought they are trying to confuse me to get that sale, anyway it was my fait I selected KVR to purchase the vehicle….

At the time of delivery I paid the amount less by commited offer amount, then executive ask me to pay full amount and convinced me by saying that it will take some time to get the offer because they want to take approval from maruti and I made the full amount.He told that paint protection and underbody is done and seat cover is not available at that time and promised me that he will give it during the first service…

For one month(up to first service) I haven’t got any call or committed offer from KVR so I made a call to executive number but he was not responding for the call…. I went to the dealership for first service apart from regular service, back door was not able to open from inside so I told them to correct it, they checked the complaint and told that the lock was not working properly so they changed it under warrenty and still the problem was not rectified, mean while I went to showroom, saw that executive is trying to hide from me, I asked him for my offer, he haven’t give any proper reply and when I scolded he told me that he cant give the offer and ask me to make a complaint to maruti…….then I remembered the words of co- dealer executive……….

]I went back to workshop, the door problem was not rectified. when I enquired they told, only one extra lock was available with them in spares that too was damaged and promised me that they will change the lock under warrenty when next stock comes….. I took the vehicle from there and shown in another dealer workshop at perinthelmanna and told them my problem…then they just opened the back door and “released the child lock”……………………&hell...

At that time I thank god for not having any engine related problem during the first service at KVR, they may replaced the engine tooooo at that time….

How they will service the vehicles even if they are not aware of child lock….

I suggest my dear friends don’t try your luck with the dealer KVR……….

i owned a zen car model 2003, couple of weeks before i had given the car to the kvr maruti tirurkad for a general check up. The boy told me the car have not good enough pulling. he told me that aproximate amount for fixing the car about 3500 rupees.after two hours he call me and told that piston was problem and need 3 days to fix.But i got the car only after 7 days.But very unfortunate to say the car rising too much .i again send back and returned next day. they told me care about 2000 kms. after 2000 kms i went to Ooty via nadukani.But on the way there is hard noise from the car.I stoped the car and return to the kvr they again take 3 days to fix.Again i am started to Ooty and the condition was same. And my bill amount so far in KVR was more than 10000 rupees!!!.

I belive u should do what will necassary

SOME EXECUTIVES ARE VERY CUNNING TO CLOSE THEIR BUSINESS.IT IS NOT THE PROBLEM OF THE COMPANY.you can select a good maruthi sevice centre(NOT AN AUTHORISED DEALER) in your town.

Ifyou want rectify your complaint, please must answer for below 5 question.

1: You must write your Address, phone number or any identity.

2: your Vehicle delivery date and invoice number.

3: your executive name.

4: show your mail ID.

5: service date or service bill number.

marutisuzuki esteem.vxi — the worst service from dealer

i got the worst service from dealeer named populor wheelers pvtltd.ahmedabad, gujatat regarding my car marutisuzuki esteem.vxi R.T.O. PASSING NO.GJ1-H.L 3484.i went at the workshop for my paid service on 4th-june-2009 and i reached there between 10:30 to 10:45 am at the site there were executives arround me but for examing my car nobody was interested .so i complained to .workshop manger mr.raj frandandies then executive examined my car after one hour.he told me to come after one day then i sent car with their employee on 06-june-2009.i called mr.raj to get detailes about my car he told me i'll get back to you after checking your car in five minutes but he dint cal and dint recive my calls then at 4.30 pm i called again he told me again i'll get back to you in a while but he never appeared then personaly i went there and asked details but he told me to wait again in appropreate tone.then i was asking my car back he told me i cant and the work is in progress so i asked him car's right side tail light price.still i dint get that.finaly i asked about workshop manger mr.anil chunch and answer was he is not in the workshop. i want satishfaction.

I booked an swift diesel in kvr, even after 5 months i haven't got the vehicle. I called to kvr maruti and asked for the vehicle then the person told me to pay 15k premium amount and to take accessories worth 20k. When i shown my disagreement for that he asked me to refund the boking amount. Is it an govt. Office.
I wondered even in this centuary people can do business like this.
Now i got the vehicle from other dealer with in 2 month of booking.

I am Sreenath and writing here after getting frustrated from KVR Cars (Maruti dealer). I had booked Maruti 800 Due version (Icy Blue Color) on 13/09/2008 through KVR Cars, Anangur, Vidhya Nagar, Kasaragod. At the time of booking, Maruti had a 12, 000/- discount offer in Kerala (Onam festival offer), the same has been promised by the agency. But the time of car delivery they informed us that, they cannot give the complete 12, 000/- discount because now maruti has reduced the discount to 8, 000/-. For the same the claim that because of delay in vehicle delivery they cannot proceed with previous offer, they can give only the new offer. Finally they come up with an alternate solution as instead of 12, 000/- discount they will provided 8, 000/- plus 4, 000/- worth accessories. We agreed for the same. But finally when the car delivered to us KVR Cars didn't fix the promised or shown (selected accessories) in cars and they took one extra day for the delivery.

It’s very unfortunate that Maruti being the largest trusted car manufacturer in India but its agencies provides such a bad support to customers

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is the Third follow up letter regarding the above issue; I was really wondering I didn’t get any reply from the Maruti Officials.

Please referrer our emails on : 26th Feb. 2009 and 21st Mar. 2009

It was really shocking to me also, because I do get good treatment in Dubai from the Suzuki Motors because we used to take Suzuki vehicles here in Dubai and Maruti vehicles in India for our business as well as personnel purpose.

Now I am in Dubai for my business and I checked my representative there regarding the issue, because I explained him that I was not getting any reply from the Maruti officials by email, so some days before our representative check with the above dealer they told they can give the same vehicles on 10th of April, but yestardy he got the information that they can deliver the vehicles after two months, we didn’t get any exact date.

Right now I am really upset about the customer care department of Maruti, because we paid the advance amount nearly six months and nobody is responsible for that, the dealer explained as he is help less, and we are approached Maruti Officials by email, (the most convenient way of communication in the world) but there is no response form the Maruti, I just remember the days it was 20 years before in our local government department will act same like this, but they are changed and adopted modern technology but the prestigious company like Maruti is acting the same way.

So please take it as serious message, to solve the problem, I was with our Suzuki officials here in Dubai just formally discussed the problem I was facing, because I am not getting any answer from Maruti side, here with I am extending my patience to get the reply with the delivery date of the vehicle.

noone in kvr group standing for coustmers. The staffs are alwayas busy with making affairs with their lady staffs, they how they can become good executive ?
