its not correct to take extra money on mrp. u have full athority to complaint agaist shopkeeper in consumer care. company should not take any responsibility for overcharge, bcs they calculating margin of all expencess before fixing mrp. its all mistake from shopkeeper...

My name is varun rawat age 24yrs, i live in noida. yesterday i purchased a kwality walls 4 candy orange from kiosk.
i bring it to home and keep it in freezer.. 3 candy ice cream orange..have consumed by my mom and dad..
then i i was not in mood to have it ..next afternoon i have my lunch and then i want to hav my candy ice cream... i open the candy rapper i saw a DEAD FLY stick n freeze in middle of my candy...
Wow!!! what a pathetic experience.. i threw it away.. from my window...
im my life i never seen flies in my house... coz i live in third floor...
Is this a hygenic?
If i get sick then who is responcible for my health?

We have purchased "KWALITY WALL'S Paddle Pop" whose actual MRP is Rs 5(each) but "KRISHNA ONLY VEG, 18 CROSS ROAD MIDC MAROL,NEXT TO HOTEL SUN CITY RESIDENCY,ANDHERI(East)" charged us Rs 7 for each.
