[Resolved] Kwality Walls Ice Cream — Charging Rs.10 extra than MRP by the Tricycle person | |||
I stay in BHuvaneshwari Nagar, CV Raman Nagar PO, Bangalore. The tricycle carrying Kwality Walls Ice Cream comes very frequently and the person charged Rs.10/- extra for Twister Ninga Ice Cream. THe price on the cover is tampered and he displays a menu with a different price which is quite different from the menu available in the SHops. A company like Hindustan Lever should not get its image tarnished by these people. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is to infrom you that, we often use to visit Rabindra Sarobar with my wife and daughter, My daughter is very much fond of ice-cream, There your company trolly no-8 and the person who use the trolly name is pradip Chakraborty use to sell the ice-cream at a very higher rate than the MRP. I told him that I will launched a complain against you, but he was so much arrogant, that he said that company will do nothing to him. You please treat the matter very seriously because that guy is spoiling your company's name. I am writing this from kolkata-dhakuria. You can also communicate in my cell no also [protected]

i bought a kwality walls kesar pista 700 ml pack.., but the TASTE was pathetic., there was something in the ice cream which was expired and spoiled the taste..
i used to like Kwality Walls icecreams alot and never expected this from such an established brand..
hope and wish the respected authorities look into the matter and does not ignore it.

A bought a 2 litre tub of vanilla ice cream wen a open it the tub had big gaps all around it so some of the ice cream had gone I just bought a quality Ice cream from a 'quality Wall's Car" inside Nandan Campus, kolkata.
He took Rs 2 extra over the MRP printed at the cap of the ice cream. When I told him regarding this he said it is "kharcha achhe".
This is not fair. Company should look into the matter.
