L 7380 Printer Of Hp — Non replacement of cartidges

Dear Sirs,
I am giving you the brief of my case :

1.(a) I purchased an Printer HP Printer L 7380 serial no MY 871830 XS on 6.09.2008, with new packed cartiges in the box.

1. (b) In July on checking this L 7380 Printer, we found that it had problem, so we sent the same to HP Care centre here at Jaipur and there request no is ININ[protected] dated 7.7.2009.

1. (c) Your Office (HP) found that printer had many problems so they immediately replaced the same by other unit whose serial no is: MY853821OF.

1. (d) Now the cartridges which was installed said to have ink finished off.
I made an complaint that since we have not used this printer as it was a stand by arrangement and that printer was also a wrong Piece sold by HP to us and it had consumed cartridge at an abnormal speed rather then a normal speed as claimed by Hp and its vendor while selling this product to us.


2.. On 8 Th AUgust I made an complaint to your Call centre and had also send an email the copy of thew same is enclosed as below.

3 On 12 th september i had received an email with reference no CCHSAP 227885 from Mrs. Saini and Mrs. Tanuja.

4 They wanted my telephone nos and i immediately send the same by email. They also contacted me on phone and informed me that they shall revert back in 2 days.

5 . On 6 th October i have receievd an email from Tanuja Saini

In This email they have confirmed to send 1 set of cartidges.

The copy is as below :-

Dear Sir,

Greetings. We regret for the delay and inconvenience caused here.

This is with reference to your HP Officejet L7380 printer

We will be sending 1 set of cartridges. Please share the complete address.

Incase of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please note that till today we have not received any of the set of cartidges, inspite that we have provided them the address and followed various email since last 20 days.


please inform us what should an dedicated HP customer do and for what reasons you have form an department of helpdesk, if your intentions are not take care of your loyal customers.

And also from next time why our company should not switch all its product requirements from HP to some another company where there is services and taken care for there loyal customers.

Please inform us as of how much more we have to wait, It is incurring damage to your reputation and hampering my work ,
Please send the set of cartidges as agreed by your company immediately,
