[Resolved]  Lakme Salon — Worst Service

I was a regular customer of Lakme Salon at Hiranandani Estate Thane. Right from it was inaugurated I was visiting the salon and also during that time only i shifted to thane.
Everything was going perfect..but suddenly the staff started changing out there and also the customer service...a few days back when i went to the salon only for threading i was told you have to wait for 15 - 20 mins (yes i went without appointment) so i said fine...suddenly another person came and told ma'am its very busy..the girl is busy doing facial so she can't attend you...i was fine i told book me for saturday evening...when i reached despite of taking appointment i was not attended and the attitude was worst also i was told our system is not reflecting your appointment we cannot take you...but still as a loyal customer i booked appointment for sunday afternoon but i couldnt go so i cancelled...Monday the stylist had weekly off...so i booked for tuesday evening 6:30...suddenly in afternoon i gotta call form salon that the stylist is not well your appointment needs to be cancelled or postponed....I want an answer that why the hell am i suppose to wait for a dirt small service....?????
rather earlier..before the staff changed the scenario was completely different...even if i went without appointment and i had to wait...staf[censored]sed to keep me engaged in something or else..showing bridal packages...new services....make up photographs (no matter if it was of any use to me or not..) but in a span of 15-20 mins it used to be....they didnt wanted to loose a customer...and now NO MATTER CUSTOMER GOES BUT WE ARE NOT FREE WE WILL NOT DO ANY SERVICE...
I was really shocked with this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach...
ANother incident just 15 - 20 days before this incident...i went for threading and my eyebrows were completly ruined....

The service at Hiranandani Estate Thane salon is now going down and now they are not interested even in customer satisfaction...leave apart customer delight....
Lakme should properly train their staff in how to retain a cutomer and not let them go...

From staff i got a concerned person's mobile no. to talk about the poor service...but even after 1st incident was reported to him the 2nd happened...
and the person told that his front desk will give me a call for sorting the matter out,....but till date i didn't received any call...i think the person himself is like that so as the staff... hahahaha.. ..lakme salon big name....

I am not going to visit lakme salon as they are high grade o[censored]nprofessional bunch of people and not interested in customer satisfaction....
as such one customer loss is not going to matter lakme...they are having many...and will not even care about one customer lost......

It was in Hiranandani Estate Thane...
I visited couple of times when the salon opened, I was going their for the brand and with the trust on their products. I was ignoring many things about their services until one day.

I went to do a pedicure done for which I took appointment 2 hours before. When I reached I was asked to sit for 20 mins with an explaination that the former customer came in late hence. The staffs were eating on the front desk. which appeared bad.
After waiting I went inside to get the service, the staff came and asked me to dip my feel and have put the timer on for sometime which she failed to mention, it was for 15 mins, I was keeping patience. Then finally the machine stopped itself and the water was cold, it was already 20 mins I was idle, then I had to call someone to notice. I was not happy and I complaint at the desk. I ignored it.

I went for facial, I was given a very disturbed service, either their was someone knocking the cabin door, or ladies talking aloud on the next cabin. To my surprise, at the end of facial I was given a face pack for 30 mins and no body turned back to the cabin I had to call the board line to send someone. I had mentioned the lady that I am a very restless person please do not leave me alone for a long time and I was very very upset.

I then decided to walk out and never get back. It was awefull...
Not at all pleasant, very bad and unprofessional staffs../. very very bad... I will never step inside Lakme for that mater any branch in India and outside. Because if you cant keep up your standard then you are compromising. I am not paying for compromises!
WORST! PATHETIC! FRAUD! Dont waste money and time!!

Worst salon I have ever visited till now. One lady on counter will force you to take membership or other services which you even did not ask for. During rush they will give you untrained professional who do not even know threading rest you can imagine. They just want to make money by giving you horrible experience.

Also, please make sure to check your bill before paying. That lady charged me 55 rs for only forehead which I encounter after coming home. Real charge for forehead is 20rs.

I have visited Lakme Salon in other area but this particular salon is shame under brand name of Lakme.
