[Resolved] Leakage — Leakage from ceiling | |
Dear Sir, There is leakage from the top floor neighbours since last 6 to 8 months and since our building at Khar Danda are build on slabs, there are chances of the Iron bar bending and falling down. I have made requests to them on a number of times but to no avail. There is a leakage from their bathroom and WC as well which is dripping directly on our bed Our total area is 270 sq.ft and we have no place to shift our bed and sleep. I cannot carryout any repair from below the ceiling as it is slabbing and not RCC construction. I too have the same problem...ours is the newbuilding redeveloped two years back...there is leakage from the bathroom/wc from the upper floor...Builder as well as owner of the flat r not listening any request since last 5/6 months... Did u get any help from anybody plz inform me on my email id...i am also frustrated as rubbit fallen from the ceiling...and can not sleep on the bed...plz let me know if you get any help from anybody...thanking u...

this is malaysia...no help for you...fix it at your own cost...face the facts...unless your upper unit neighbour is kind enough to share or fix it for you...fix it early before it get worse...if you staying in an expensive condo shouldn;t be any problem...other than that good luck
Get someone to survey and check the cost of repair...then arrange with your upper unit neighbour to allow the contractor to fix the problem
