i sent all document for 2 year warranty extension with demand draft, but i have not anthing from your side.

i purchased the laptop in last December n i had 1 year warranty as per company rule i can avail one year free antivirus subscription. as this process i got the k7 antivirus to activate in my laptop. but after few days it is autometically disaapeared. Meanwhile i made my laptop formating. so the antivirus is not available in my laptop now. so please help me to activate that antivirus again in my laptop.
