MODEL SL NO.3000 H SL NO.88233 AQ-L 907862 LENOVO COMPUTER iHAVE PURCHASED THE ABOVE DESK TOP FROM DIGIMATICS LTD,ANSAL CHAMBER I, BIKAJICAMA PLACE, NEWDELHI ON 06.02.2007 VIDE INVOICE NO.DIPL/433/06-07. NOW THE WARRANTY PERIOD. IAM NOT IN A POSITION TO PLAY DVD BECAUSE I HOPE THE CDROM IS NOT WORKING. AS PER YOUR BOOK LET I CALLED NOW THREE TIMES ABOUT THIS DEFAULT. THE NUMBER IS[protected]. bUT THE REPLY AT YOUR END IS THAT WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER AS PER YOUR RECORDS AND NOT IN A POSITION TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT. TODAY 28.12.2007 WITH MY TIGHT SCHEDULE I CALLED THE ABOVE NUMER AT 7.40.PM AGAIN AND AS USUAL THEY TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE SERVICE SECTION. THERE YOUR SERVICE PERSON INTRODUCED THAT HE IS MR. SIVAM. I TOLD HIM THE DEFECT OF MY COMPUTER AND AGAIN THE SAME REPLY THAT THE WARRANT OVER AND NOT IN A POSITION TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT. iT IS HORRIBLE. I PURCHAS3ED THE COMPUTER FROM THE ABOVE DEALER AND THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WITH ME. yOU CONTACT YOUR DEALER AND CLARIFY IT. i TOLD HIM THAT WE PURCHASED ON 06.02.2007 AND WE DONT KNOW YOUR RECORD .hE THEN VIROCIALLY AND IN ANGRY REPLIED THAT I HAVE TO SEND THE BILL COPY TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS [protected]@LENOVO WARRANTY .CO.IN. wHY ISHOULD SCAN AND SEND THE BILLCOPY TO YOU. WHAT FAULT IHAD DONE.i PURCHASED LENOVA COMPUTER. THAT IS MY FAULT. sO KINDLY RECTIFY MY COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY.WHENEVER YOUR SERVICE ENGINNER COME TO MY HOUSE ,I PRODUCE THE ORIGINAL BILL DATED 06.02.2007. ONE THING FOR YOUR IMPORTANCE IS THAT I PURCHASED IT ONLY FOR GETTING IMMEDIATE AFTER SALES SERVICE, BUT AFTER 4 DAYS ,DAILY COMPLAINING AND NOBODY IS ATTTENDING OR REGISTERING MY COMPLAINT AS ITIS WITH IN THE GUARANTEE PERIOD. this complaint is associated to model no 3000N200 AB2 (0769AB2)..s.no-M301068.I bought a lenovo notebook on 16th of august, 2008 and within 3 months its fingerprint reader stopped working and i actually wanted to replace the fingerprint sensor since it is still in warranty period.moreover they have extended my on site warranty ...i had been trying to contact lenovo customer care center via phone but i feel that they are not eager to take this problem seriously ..they always refer me to different person who had never ever answered my phone call.they were very adamant about me accepting to renew my onsite warranty by promising to many things...now where the hell your services have vanished.this is what lenovo does with their customers ..harrasment.i beg you to consider my request to earliest.

I am Varun Kumar contact no [protected].I updated warranty for my laptop Y510 series from lenevo service centre chennai.I got my registration form service centre chennai.i contacted from lenevo technical support for my complain number but they suggested me to send my scanned copy of registration form and purchase bill to following email addresses:

I send those scanned copies to the above email addresses on 14 august 2010.But still i did not get any confirmation mail about my laptop warranty and complain number from these above email addresses, then i contacted again to lenovo technical customer support then he suggeested me to send scanned coppy of warranty registration form to [protected]@in.ibm.com and he told me he will call me on my mobile.I send him those scanned copies on 18 august 2010 but again i did not get any response from them.
on 1st september 2010 i contacted from lenovo technical customer support then they gave me another email address, so i sent again my scanned copies (warranty registration form and purchase bill) to [protected]@lenovoreg.com on the same date 1st sep 2010 but still i didnot get any confirmation mail or reply.so please try to solve my problem(warranty updation) as soon as possible.
