[Resolved]  Lenovo — New Year Offer Gift

Hello,

Reference to your confirmation for the Lenovo New Year offer as attached below. I had purchased my Y 510 laptop on 8th of Jan 2008 from Vishal Mega Mart Delhi and subsequently on 25th Jan 2008 I couriered all the required documents to your agent Channel Technologies-NOIDA. I am dejected to inform that I have no information regarding issue of free gift as promised in spite making a personal visit to NOIDA to enquire about the status. It was shocking to find out that your agent had no idea whether my draft was received and no status at all on either receipt of draft or worst issue of free gift.No body in the office could give any information on either receipt of draft or issue of free gift.

The whole advertisement of free gift from a reputed company like lenova seems to be a farce as you have handed over your responsibility to outside agency who is virtually sleeping to say the least.

Least I expect from you is the acknowledgment of this mail and at least information whether at all Lenovo has any intention fro arranging for the gift against massive advertisement over media.

I have purchased Q27 laptop from laptop house pune dated 26th oct and register for diwali double deal and posted all requrement to channel technology for gift.Till date they didnot inform me by mail or call. i have spoked to them regarding my gift, now they are saying your request have canceled due to wrong information you have fill up.
Its fine i have fill up wrong serial number, but I have posted all decuments to them including original barcode and serial number of laptop. but i donot know why they are doing like that.please short out my problem.

There was a Diwali offer when I purchased the desk top i.e 2 guaranteed gifts, for which I had to register on line. The above said dealer told me that he register one line on my behalf because I did not have the internet connection. I opted for 2 gifts viz., colour printer and fasttrack writst watch, the dealer viz, sri vikram confirmed for having registered the same and he also assured that i will be receiving the gifts in two months of time. Having full faith on the said dealer i kept silent for 2-3 months, after lapse of sweet 2 - 3 months when i enquired him about the gifts he said there was some problem in registering and the said gifts have not been despatched from the lenovo company, which was not informed to me earlier, though he had my phone number and postal address. I asked him why it has happened, his reply was not satisfactory to me and he assured he will get me the promised gifts from his side, but till now the said dealer is silent about it.

Till now i am not aware whether he had registered on line or not, just for having faith on him that he will register on line.

I request your kindself to look into the matter and confirm me by email or by phone [protected], whether registeration was done or otherwise and dealer may be suitable directed to act accordingly and entitled gifts may be delivered to me at the earliest.
