Hello,

Reference to your confirmation for the Lenovo New Year offer as attached below. I had purchased my Y 510 laptop on 8th of Jan 2008 from Vishal Mega Mart Delhi and subsequently on 25th Jan 2008 I couriered all the required documents to your agent Channel Technologies-NOIDA. I am dejected to inform that I have no information regarding issue of free gift as promised in spite making a personal visit to NOIDA to enquire about the status. It was shocking to find out that your agent had no idea whether my draft was received and no status at all on either receipt of draft or worst issue of free gift.No body in the office could give any information on either receipt of draft or issue of free gift.

The whole advertisement of free gift from a reputed company like lenova seems to be a farce as you have handed over your responsibility to outside agency who is virtually sleeping to say the least.

Least I expect from you is the acknowledgment of this mail and at least information whether at all Lenovo has any intention fro arranging for the gift against massive advertisement over media.

Lenovo — Pissed off from DVD rw drive

Hi,

This is Omprakash, just want to let you know a great feature about the quality Laptop I have taken from Lenovo. It's been 8 months I have chosen Lenovo as the best brand in Laptop manufacturing. Now first I have opted for Lenovo G-series, after 2.5 months the brand new Laptop was out of service, so as per my urget requirement I replaced that laptop (Y-410 series) with some more amount. I didn't mind as there can be 1 fault in 100 pieces. But the story gets repeated, in the span of this 6 month I have faced the DVD r/w problem thrice. First i got it corrected twice, now its a big time pain for me to get it changed every second month. Now this a pathetic experience I faced with Lenovo as a brand. Now if Lenovo is customer centric then I want the whole money back with no deduction or I want a brand new piece 'coz I am pissed o[censored]sing this laptop with a non working DVD drive. Also this is hampering my work and I have to get the data over mail or via pendrive, which at time becomes difficult for me to manage.

Now this is my humble request to provide me some solution, so that my faith remains in Lenovo.

I have noticed small gap near the right hinghes when I open my laptop .For this problem I have approached Visakhapatnam service centre also but I have got no solution for it till date.When I close the laptop the gap vanishes. I feel there is some problem with the hinghes. I approached the coustomer care, they say repairs will be on chargeable basis. There has been no physical damage from my side. If this is the attitude of Lenovo well at least I can suggest all those whom I know not to buy Lenovo products. First of all they are costly and you can well imagine the services.

I have purchased lenovo last year in april 2008.My validity has expired. Now 1 month before i've taken AMC package of extended of validity worth Rs.4200/- fron Nehru Place, 206, Mansarover building, New Delhi.Your lenovo receptionist "NISHA" is not at all worth for this post.Her language is very bad.She don't know how to tackle customer.She makes faces if the customer complains about the services.She made me to run lenovo centre 5-6 times, every time telling some document is missing.I exremely suggest you please take any action against her and remind her that customers should be handled politely.Its very humiliating and embarrasing that your service centre does not provide good and satisfactory service to the customer.

Sir, I bought Lenovo 3000 G 430 laptop In August 2009 from Ahmedabad, India. After 1 month i faced one problem regarding my LCD screen so i filed a complain and they told me that your part will be replaced within 5 days. Then starts my Long journey of wait and frustration.

Lenovo Ahmedabad Customer Service are Pathetic... I Talked to Mr. Sujai he is customer service incharge at India level he is nice persona and keep me updated but Ahmedabad people Mr. KIRTI PATEL he dont know how to talk to customer. It can be clearly seen that they have Lack of COMMITMENT and Lack of COMMUNICATION...

They dont want to serve at all. It has been more than a month that i filed a complaint and still no action

lenovo India/Lenovo Y430 idea pad — Lenovo assured gift

not receiving the assured gift 'blackberry'

I've purchased a lenovoY430 at May 31, 2009. My redemption no-REDBTC[protected].
Till today I've not received any blackberry which was promised, though I've already sent all the required papers and particulars along with a DD of 3999/- which the agency confirm receipt of same. Even after our repeated follow up through mail and phone generating no response, moreover they give me a false commitment and now cant attend the phone properly. Now I'm the victim of tremendous ill behavior from Offbit Marketing Service, Kolkata & their Banglore office.

Every time when we call them they always post us with answer saying - the product is out of stock. In this situation, they could have stopped the offer when they knew that the stock is not in play. Three months passed & they keep on saying that you will rcv the gift next month. Months passed by but no news of the said assured gift.

I am totally - distrubed with the attitude of Lenovo & their agents. Appreciate if you can take up the matter with concerned & provide us the feedback.
i have purchased a lenovo Y340 laptop which had a scheme of blackberry mobile phone from the dealer aakriti enterprises ghaziabad on 22nd april 2009 worth INR 58000 including VAT . Further the scheme also required a demand draft of rs 3999 in favour of OFFBIT MARKETING SERVICES within the stimulated period. But after 4.5 months on 18th september 2009 we recieved a letter stating that I am not eligible to avail this offer because i am below 18

During the purchase of the laptop, neither your dealer nor from any source its had been mentioned that below 18 year age cannot avail this offer. If there is any such terms and conditions mentioned then there should proper way to make the purchaser know about it. Either your dealer should told this terms and condition or any paper / visual presentation should be made. But nothing was done by the dealer. So, there is no point to make purchaser/consumer suffer. Its not a fault of a consumer/purchaser.If this had been told during purchase then my father who was present at that time must have purchase on his name.
Hence, its a request to send me that gift.
