[Resolved]  Lenovo Laptop — technical problem

Haelo good evening sir,

sir as ihave purchased laptop of well known company Lenovo on 11/09/07, MT/Mod: 7761-48Q, speakers not at all working properly. but i have been harased mentally like any thing by asking me to move from shop to shop, inspite of this i didnt get the solution for the last 5 months, so i thought to inform the company as a last resort, please kindly look in this

my lenovo laptop w22q touchpad is not working

i am having the following problem in the DVD related problems,
1) CD Player making noice while operating
2) CD get scracthes while writing.


I contacted Service centre at chennai, they asks to log a complaint since it is under a warranty period.

please log a complaint and imform us the complaint number enable us to get rectified at Chennai service centre

hi there... i am rajesh, i purchased a lenovo y410 series notebook 3 months before...
i have problem with that now..
1.the ezy button keys r not working properly...
2.spekaers r not working properly audio level became very low cant hear anything...
3.when start up screen is flickering all the time..
4.when partitioning one drive, remains gone malfunctioned...
these are the problems i am having since i bought this notebook...
please help me to recover from this problem... thank u.

I am using Lenovo 3000 laptop. My cd driver was working till some time back. As my system had some virus and after formatting the system the cd drive is not reading all the cd's. i am not sure whats the problem?

Do I need to install any specific drivers ? I am usng xp

hi this is rajeev singh. I am using lenovo Y410 for last 1 and half year now for last few days i am facing start up problem it neither takes charging and neither it is running on battery, sumtimes it starts taking charge and suddenly it stops as i press power switch. This problem have occured suddenly. Please help me out..

hi this is Prabhakar. I am using lenovo Y410 for last 0.10 years and found the laptop is good but the service Centres specially Sona-Infotech Pvt. Ltd. situated at patna is a cheater service center...
I have submitted my laptop along with carrybag and adpater there for screeen problem shootout which has not been solved yet and my new purchased adapter has been changed by the service center.
The have comitting fraud to Lenovo company as well.they gave me the protection pack after physical damage of my laptop screen .and after a period of 2.5 months they are not giving me my laptop saying the display problem is not solved yet

So i want the company to take quick against this case to avoid bad reputation of lenovo services and company.

hello sir! shahid here..sir i purchased lenovo y500 48q model...in 2007..within 5 month dvd and cd drive not work ..no dc and dvd write and read...in warrenty perioud..replaced tha drive...but after 6 month and when my warenty perioud over..i faced .same problem again...now a day.. dc and dvd drive not work...and battery packup are very bad..so plz hep me...i faced battery and drive problem what can i do..plz help me.
