I have purchased lenovo ideapad z580 in the month of jan2013,from izone mahim.wen i went to purchase the person over the shop,the manager of the shop said dat lenovo has offer on ideapad Z580 windows 8 as extended diwali offer,werein i could avail 2year waranty plus two year accidental dawage protection,and regstrd d dtails on the same day.15days of time i gt a mail stating i wldnt gt d offer as diwali offer is onli for windows 7,i hav already told this to the manager,who convinced that its the latest update so it wld gt time to update.and agve me 1month time for the updation,also shown me a mail stating the same,wen i calld lenovo custmer care i got to know that no such update is ther.again i went to the same shop he gave another 15days and he handwritenly gave d offer details on d origina bill withe d sign nd seal.till date i din gt n any email states i am in that offer as per the online warranty chechk personal email:[protected]@gmail.com product:lenovo ideapad Z580 windows 8 serial number:QB05952402 PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE AND PUT AN END TO SUCH CHEATER DEALERS Was this information helpful? | |||

Lenovo Laptop — Non-recognition of password
My notebook does not recognize the password. Neither my name nor my password is wrong. But the thing is its not accepting it. What can i do to start it???Lenovo — Warranty Upgrade
Hi,I took Lenovo laptop Y510 on 16 may 2008.
Then I took Warranty upgrade for 2 years.
so Normal Warranty for one year from[protected] to[protected]
and Upgrade warranty from[protected] to[protected] for this i have paid Rs.6000
But still its not updated in Lenovo Database.
Last 2 years iam trying with that lenovo people still nothing happen.
