[Resolved] Levis India — Poor quality of material

I brought a jean from Levies outlet at MG road, Trivandrum on 19.05.2012 and the payment was done via card. The jean worn off within a month and the same was taken to the stores and unfortunately I lost the bill for the purchase. On 30.06.12, I went to the showroom and the showroom manager took back the jean and he made me write down my mob number and name and promised to call me within a couple of days. On 05.06.12, when I went to the showroom to en quire about my jean, the staff there informed me that both the store managers are not available and asked me to come on the next day. On 07th July'12 when i went to the showroom, showroom manger was available and after making me to wait for some time, the manager simply told me that they were not able to locate my jean and he asked me come on 8/9, July'12. IF this is the customer care of Levis India, pl do some thing. The purchase was made on 19.05.12 and the cost of the jean was Rs. 2599/-

Hi,

I have bought a Levis Jeans worth 3199 from F.C Road Levis store next to Vaishali hotel on 9th July 2012.

There was one hole in the Jeans which i requested to apply Raffu ( Patch ) to it on Monday 9th.

I was been told that it will be available next day after applying the patch.

But i waited for almost 8 days but the patch was not applied. I personally visited the shop twice but i was told come after 1 hour etc etc. and the jeans was still not ready.

Also when the Jeans was given to me on monday 16th July 2012, the patch was applied but it seemed that it was did by hand and it looked wired.

We are paying for the brand levis and we do expect the quality and services if it is committed to us . If Levis has forgotten to give the quality and service, i am sorry to say we are no more interested in purchasing this brand again.

not exchange the damage products

Sir have taken a jeans from Mysore its road levis showroom Karnataka actually it was a damaged piece which I brought from levis showroom on 40% flat. The sale Executive refused to change the product. Its totally unfair.
