[Resolved]  LG CDMA mobile phone CHOCOLATE RD8000 RD — Not providing software for downloading

I have purchased a CDMA mobile phone. Model no is RD8000 chocolate.After purchasing I came to know that soft ware is not given.Aftr this I enquired at authorised service center He asked me to perchase software from him. I paid Rs 80 and taken home when i inserted icame to know that nothin is loaded in the CD.Again I went to service center He said system is not good. I have taken the CD to my office I tried in all of systems .all system said NO DATA. When i said same thing to the service center he gave me another CD again same problem NO DATA ...Like this I paid RS 240...lot of effort petrol FOR THI USELESS LG MOBILE WHICH I PERCHASED WITH MY HARD EARNED MONY MY RS 11000 is drowned LG"S septic tank

I have a LG M4410 model of purchasing date 2 june 07.
From the initial i m facing the problem of reading sim isert sim card network failure during call in progress and camera picture quality and low voice rom micriphone.I have given the set thrice to service center but they r unable to rectify the same and says that your problem has sloved and when i start using set this again starts occuringwithin two or three days.I have got helpless due to this as i have got irritated of LG service and moble phone problems as they r irritating me.Plz resolve the issue and rectify the same ASAP to avoid inconvinience.Plz do the needful ful

i have purchased lg rd 8000 and the software inside the mobile are not working properly.I gave it to service centre and they are telling me that we can format the software inside the cell only at your own risk.There is the probability that the mobile can become dead after formating and service cantre will not be responsible for that...the touch pad in the cell is also malfuctioning...service centre has changed the touch pad but i am still facing the same problem

The above mobile was purchased by me from Mobile Store vide their bill No. GJ / 01090/00001/4518
on 6.7.2008.
I have found that the mirror effect adversely affect the visibility of the mobile as during day time it can not
be used. No digit or any thing are visible on the screen except that of your own face. This draw back of
the mobile was not explained to me by the Mobile Store people. Hence I am forced to suffer.

Moreover the keypad is totally faulty. I was constrained to get the key pad repaired on three occasions
due to non functioning of one or other keys. The problem continues and I am forced to approach your
service centre very often. It is surprising that within 3 months of its purchase there are already 3 repairs
to the key pad.

There is also net work problem. There is continuous intruptions.

Looking to the severe problems being faced by me I have rather no alternative but to request you to make
replacement of this mobile by another suitable running mobile model. The diferential amount if payable shall
be borne by me.

It appears that the concerned model cannot be relied for proper communcation and correct mobile operation.
Since last 3 months I am being subjected to many difficulties and handicaps. Hence please consider my
request favorably and allow me the option of taking another mobile model of your make.

An immediate action in the matter is highly requested.

Reliance mobile ( Samsung make) colour mobile CDMA based — Restart

This is to bring to notice that I (Lokesh malviya) bought Reliance colour CDMA moblie (Samsung set) in around 2004 from Betul MP where I was posted .I spent more than 17000/- for the set and had been using this after my transfered to Jabalpur MP.When I got transfered in Lalitpur UP in 2005 there was no reliance network therefore I could not use the mobile those days Now I am in Gurgaon since Oct, 2007 now I feel this set on which I spend lots of money can be further used. Since I am in transferable job.
Could you please look in to my case and restart my mobile set for further use.

I was updated by Mr. Prasad from LG that the complaint has been forwarded to their HO and also the R&D department but cannot commit as to when there would be a resolution.

LG states that the mobile is as per Reliance Specification and also the literature mention this.

Nowhere it does mention that the display is also metallic and the display would not be visible outdoors.

Can someone explain me the logic behind this:

Reliance offers Reliance Mobile World, Games and Mobile TV on this model.
Is a customer suppose to watch Mobile TV only indoors, play games indoors . Does this not sound ridiculous.
Secondly when someone goes to buy a mobile he would not ever think of asking the salesperson as to whether he can take the set outside in sunlight and check . Tomorrow you will come up with a new thing that a mobile can only be used outdoors and not indoors. Does this all make sense. or you would say a mobile cannot be used during rains etc. etc...

This becomes a very good case for me to complaint to Consumer courts as detailed below :
1. Shoddy product quality
2. Unsatisfactory after-sales service
3. Right to be informed about the quality and performance of goods and services.

CAN I KNOW THE ESCALATION PROCESS..

Hello Sir/Madam, my residing in Bhopal city. I have e cell phone LG Reliance RD 3600 which is in under warranty, but my headset is damage and I already make a complaint to the Akansha Enterprises New Market In Front of Bapu Ki Kutia Roshanpura Chauraha as a service centre of LG Reliance Cell Phones in Bhopal City. But they do not to replace it, although my headset is in warranty. They said they have no stock of it and delayed from 15 days. So I request you to please made attention to see this. Thank You.

I blocked my no. on customer care of Reliance & now taken a duplicate SIM . also lodged complaint at Police Station. but they did not gave me any way to locate my mobile.

LG / LG 3600 CDMA MOBILE — not giving service

i purchased lg3600 mobile with no-[protected] on 25 oct 2008 , but my phone started giving problems from the month of august 2009 when i contacted LG SERVICE CARE they refused to give free service saying the phone is out of warranty, when i argued with them they told the warranty is refered from the date of manufacturing not from the date of purchase. every company gives warranty from the date of purchase not from the manufacturing date hence i request to solve my problem by giving free service to my mobile.
