I have purchased a CDMA mobile phone. Model no is RD8000 chocolate.After purchasing I came to know that soft ware is not given.Aftr this I enquired at authorised service center He asked me to perchase software from him. I paid Rs 80 and taken home when i inserted icame to know that nothin is loaded in the CD.Again I went to service center He said system is not good. I have taken the CD to my office I tried in all of systems .all system said NO DATA. When i said same thing to the service center he gave me another CD again same problem NO DATA ...Like this I paid RS 240...lot of effort petrol FOR THI USELESS LG MOBILE WHICH I PERCHASED WITH MY HARD EARNED MONY MY RS 11000 is drowned LG"S septic tank Was this information helpful? | |

RD6600 — HANDSET NOT WORKING
I am very much fedup with this instrument.I can not see the display matter in the day light.key pad also detached and it looks very bad when i am talking to my clients as i am working in marketing department of an engineering company having turnover of rs. 300 crores.This instrument also purchased in CUG, scheam. The staff members are also tired with this insturmen.They fill very shame when talking to other people before the other people. we request you to kindly replace the instrument as reliance spoiling their credit in mobile market.Please do the needful action as we want purchase additional instruments of reliance.

RELIANCE LG CDMA HANDSET — TIME GETS ON BEFORE
Sir Purchased LG Hand set few days back. after using came to know that timer of the mobile gets stated before the call gets connected. I am unable to judge the exact pulse. spoken to cust care.they said that you will find same in all CDMA mobile phone. Sir kindly tell me how to come out of this problem. L.G/ reliance cdma mobile handset — no warranty claim on date of purchase
I have purchase LG RD6150 Reliance CDMA handset in 25 - september- 2011, after some time handset automatic off on, i just gone lg service center on dated 10- dec- 2011 and check it then he replied your handset is out of warranty, and give me estimate of 772 rupees and send to Reliance Head office gomti nagar to mr Dharmendra singh. He put my handset on two weeks and just return handset and replied your handset is ok. and not give me proper resulation.Thanks & Regards
