My microwave is under b/d since Oct ' 11 . Several complains lodged to LG costumer care . No action taken by them till now .

Complaint marked as Resolved 
They send the service engineer within 3 days of my complain & rectified the problem. Their service executives also talked to me after this complain registration & problem rectification .
