[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Customer Service & Service Center

had purchased a flatscreen television on the 28th of October, 2007.

I have recently noticed that there is some discoloration happening. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - S8C[protected] with the customer care center on the 21st of March, 2008. This complaint was to be attended to on the 22nd of March, 2008.

Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day. I am almost nearing the completion of making a directory of the cellphone numbers of all the service center representatives with all the numbers given to me by the customer care. But as my luck would have it, not a single call, of all the many repeated calls that I have made to those numbers, has been answered. I am sure it is easier to talk to God, himself. Another common dialogue that I get from the customer case is that the service center had made a call to my cellphone and that I did not answer it. Moreover, every customer care representative that I speak to, asks me to call back and ask for them if the complaint is not attended to the next day. But strangely, when I call the next day asking for them, I am politely informed that there was never anybody with that name at the customer care center.

I am still waiting for the complaint to be attended to.

I am informing you about my bad experience with ur authorised service centre in Gopi Colony, Faridabad. I gave my friends LG hand set their for repair and after the repairing my friend Ms charu collect that phone from ur service centre bcz she is the only user of that phone. Now a guy from that service centre from cell no. [protected] is sending abuse message and calling her in the night. Please look into the matter otherwise we should go for next action. I shall be thankful to you.

I have a LG mobile Whose Model No. is KG 271, and IMEI No. Is[protected]. I have facing some problem regarding Mobile Battery since some time. I have get that Mobile Checked at mobile Nagal Rai New Delhi, at LG service Centre at least 4 months ago

I told him that the Problem is mainly due to battery. But service center person says to me that your battery is ok and we have doing the software updatation.

But Problem is same. There is no Increasing of backup and no problem solved yet.

Now I again after 4 month, I checked the mobile with same service centre, and they now says that there is a fault in your battery, and they says that the fault is 25 percent, and for that you have tp pay an amount of 305 Rs, I just want to ask you that what is the exact problem, as by doing this the customer is been puzzled, many a times, plz look into the matter, and resolve the issue at earliest.

Mobile purchase date is 6 July 2008, and is still under warranty.

I have kg 195 model of lg. I download airtellive in my handset but when i started that time connection failed message comes on the screen.

I have an LG KG195 mobile.i have purchased it on 15th august 2008.but i have lost my cash receipt.my facio is broken from the beginning.the local LG care have said that they need the xerox of the cash receipt to change the facio, free of cost as it is now in warranty period.i have said my problem to them in vain.please suggest me any measures.i can give you further details of my mobiles if required.
I had purchased KG 270 model of LG before one year with Airtel bundel offer .The company had promised to unlock the SIM LOCK after expiry of one year but no customer care is responding for unlocking the sim. when i ask any customer executive to unlock they say we doesn't know about it...so, its not only my problem many of them are also ...so please give a quick response to it...

LG Electronics — LG's much hyped 24 x 7 Service non-existent - an eye-wah

In my earlier complaint I had wrongly mentioned that LG had assured me that I would be receiving a call from their Engineer within 24 Hrs. Actually it should read as 2 Hrs. and hence I started following-up when I failed to receive even a call after 2 Hrs.

The complete complaint should correctly read as follows :

THE COMPLAINT :

Today[protected] at approx 1.20 pm, I called[protected] and booked a complaint for my LG 1.5 T Windows Air Conditioner. My Complaint No. is N9C53102977

Like all other LG Products, this LG Air-Conditioner too is under AMC.

I was assured that within 2 Hrs, LG Engineer would call and fix an appointment. However, since there was no call till 3.30 pm, I called LG's Toll Free Number once again and asked to be connected to their on-duty Supervisor. The lady on the line asked me to be on ‘hold’ but disconnected the line.

Immediately I once again called and spoke to Mr. Aditya Tripati. I explained to him the situation and once again requested him to connect me to the on-duty Supervisor. However, Mr. Tripati too expressed his inability to connect me to his supervisor.

Now the time 7.50 pm but I have NOT received even a call from MARCON who is LG's authorized Service Agents for my area.

On few earlier occasions too I had faced similar situations as far as MARCON is concerned and at those times too I had made specific and formal complaints to[protected] but it is obvious that all my complaints have fallen on deaf-ears and LG has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to ensure that their Service Agent functions within the frame-wrok set-out by LG

Short while ago I once again called[protected] and spoke to Mr. Mritanjay Kumar and explained the situation to him. He assured me that he would do the needful at his end and also advised me to speak to Mr. Aloke Kr. Dey, LG's Area Service In-Charge on [protected] but when called, this Number is SWITCHED OFF.

LG is busy advertizing their 24 x 7 Service and they are spending huge amounts in such advertisements but the fact of the matter is that LG's 24 x 7 SERVICE is nothing but an EYE-WASH aimed at fooling the Indian Public into reposing their trust and purchasing LG Products.

Not only is MARCON not interested in attending to complaints but LG's Area Service In-Charge too prefers to keep his Mobile Switched Off and take a holiday. So much for LG's 24 x 7 Service, which in actual fact is non-existant.

LG Electronics — no action taken for complain lodged

my ac stopped working on 28 th maya compaint was lodged on the same day under complaint no n9c52800625.as per the claim of service within 2 hours a representative visited.he identidified the cause and promised to return on 29 may with the spare part. next day when i inquired he said he has forwarded the complaint to head office and i should speak to them .i called the no. he gave and mr.sunil said he had no clue about my complain.after making innumerable calls to different nos. given by them and 4 calls to call cetre nothing has been done.they should stop claiming about service in 2 days.last year they harassed us in reparing refegirator from the same make. strict action needs to be taken against them
the cell lgkp110 is does not suppurt the downloding options.the softwear does not supperts

LG Electronics — Music system not working

This is second time happening to me in a span of one year and I am feeling helpless how to redress the issue. We have purchased a Music System for LG and the same has stopped working in March 2009. We had contacted LG local person in Pune and they advised us to register a complaint. Unfortunately no one came after complaint booking and we again called up LG and they said that I need to book one more complaint. The complaint no was W9C51605145.We stay in Aundh Pune. The Service engineer came after many days and it was discovered that a rubber band has been spoilt. He promised to replace the same within two days, , , , This happened in April Middle.. We are desparately talking to call center, the Pune Service center.. no one came. and now they have started disconnecting my call as soon as they see the no.
The same team gave a similar treatment when the same product failed in April 09.

I am not sure what more I can do. Unfortunately for us almost all products like AC, Refrigerator, Microwave Oven and Music system I have bought from LG, believing Life IS Good campaign

Is there any possibility of redressing this issue ..at least does any one know who is higher up than Pune region

i bought a lg refrigerator, model gl528 ytx4 from auth dealer, m/s pch, vikrampuri, secunderabad, on 10-02-09 and within 3-months, the cooling is insufficient. the unit costed me rs.42000.00 i lodged a complaint 7 days' back and and the complaint no is s 9c 60302987. despite my calling customer care 4/5 times, no mechanic has yet attended to .The worst ever customer service i have ever come accross.

if this trend of cheating the customer continues and this being adopted as a company philosophy, then i am sure lg will not survive for long.
in this regard, i would like to have a dialogue with the cmdprovided i am informed about his e-mail address.

L G — cheated service

i has bought an LG fridge one and a half years ago . In the warrenty period my fridge developed a low cooling problem and was repaired by the LG staff after a great amount of delay. Now after one and a half years of purchase there is a similar problem. I complained to the LG customer care mumbai on 2 june 09 and was told that an engg will come in next 24 hours. Three days hence noone turned up. I called up again on 5 june 09 and was told that the engg gave me a call but i did not pick up which is untrue as the cell phone is always with me and there were no calls. any how i told them to send an engg now. i was told that on 5 th evening some technician will come but no one turned up. I called up on 6th morning and was told that by 6th evening someone will come . On 6th itself I called up 5 times and was assured that someone will come.. but no one came. Finally today morning (7th june 09) i called up LG customer care. They gave me the sigma services number and asked me to call them but when i called them no one is picking up my phone. This is really ridiculous service provided by the company and I need to complain about the lack lustre behaviour of the staff. i am facing utter inconvinience as all my eatbles are getting spoilt for the last 10 days.

LG Electronics — LOSING OF COOLING

I purchased Split AC in April 2008. Unit loosing cooling within 6 months and gas was refilled. As the gas was refilled during winter. AC was re started in March 2009. Find that coolling was again low. Complaint was lodged with company through emails and Regd. AD letter requested to replace faulty unit but till date I have not received any response from complaint except assurance that " they have forwarded the complaint to respectived department. This is the position of reputed international company that they are not listening complaint of the use.

Myself gopal das agrawal, I have lost my LG mobile model no. C 2600, its IMEI No. is[protected]. There is BSNL connection in that whose no. is [protected]. I blocked my no. on customer care of ABSNL& also lodged complaint at Police Station. but they did not gave me any way to locate my mobile.
So kindly help me to locate my mobile .If not possible to find the mobile. than i request u to stop functioning of the mobile

LG — No demo has been shown even after 5 days

I have bought LG Washing machine recently from Vasanth&co, chennai and the product demo is pending for more than 4 days. This is the first time that i am buying the LG product. I am keep talking with Customer Care people. The worst part in this is Local sales manager said that he has already given demo to me :(. Please think twice before buying any LG Product .
