[Resolved] LG Electronics — Fridge not cooling and Gas Leakage | |||
I had purchased a Single door LG fridge in nov 2012 which stopped cooling in sept 2013.I called customer care on 4 sept 2013.I briefed them about fridge is not cooling and also gas leakage is there.They assured that technician will attend problem after 24 hours.I called up next day they said the same till 5 sept 2013.On 6 sept technician said that your home is far away from service center. When I called up on 7 sept they said that our technician is not feeling well.and so on.Please take necessary action as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
