I HAD PROBLEM WITH MY FRIDGE.BULB FILAMENTS WERE GETTING DAMAGED FREQENTLY.IHAVE CHANGED 12BULBS IN THE LAST THREE YEARS.WATER IS LEAKINGFROM THE FRONT DOOR AFTER DEFROSTING.IHAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT TO LG CUSTOMER CARE.THEYSEND TECHNICIAN TO MY HOUSE AT ELURU, W.G.DT, ANDHRA PRADESH.HE HAS DONE NOTHING.HE ALSO NOT RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM.HECHARGED RS 230/- AND NOT GIVEN THE BILL.HE SAID THERE IS NO SUCH PROCEDURE TO GIVE BILL.CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE CENTRE IS ALSO NOT RESPONDING IN THIS MATTER PROPERLY.PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
