[Resolved]  LG India — Customer displeasure and dissatisfaction!

I bought a LG Washing Machine Model No: WF-N7131FN through Lg deaer in bangalore on New year. My shop keeper launch informed to the customer care for giving demnostration about the new machine on the next day itself. But till they have not come for demo. But I got a SMS stating that my complaint id is S8C10201556. I dont know what kind of service LG providing to the customer. If they so many days for demo for the new machine , think about if machin gets faulty !!!!!!

Before 8 months back i had buy a LG Mobile Model no KG920 from mumbai.
Now when i wish to listen music the one side speaker of my earpeice is not working properlly.
I am working in Guwahati Assam so i go to guwahati service center last 1 months back to register a compaliant regarding the earpeice.

But still the service center people are not in position to get my new earpeice till date.

The reson is that "This model is not available in guwahati so we had to bring the earpeice fron korea"

Please advise me wahy to do ? sosuch thing will not happen in future .

This is to inform you that I had purchase a NEW DVD PLayer from L.G on Dtd:-05/07/08 thru your Authorised dealer "RADIO-TV CENTRE" for Rs.6500/-which in Just 2 Months of time resulted to a "DEAD DVD PLAYER" & Customer service & response from your end is not qualitative what was expected & therefore I request you Kindly give me a replacemnt with a NEW System instead of reparing the Older One.

sirr..i bought lg dynamite kp199 which was launched recently.when im doing video & voice recording even in max volume..it is getting recorded in low volume.pls give me best suggestion immediately.
i bought a LG 29 flat television last and its still in warranty. And in past three year it's been to service center thrice. The probelm started with a colur patches coming on the screen, I complained thrice before the engineer came to my place, and it took me around 3 months to to convince them that there is a problem in picture tube and get it fixed and its not more that 2 week since the TV came to my place that another problem has cropped up, now it's getting switced off automatically, contacted the service center again, engineer came to my place changed an IC and gave me assurance that it will work fine, alas it is not and now he is telling that the tv will again need to go to service center. So as a whole I have a very bad experince with LG, the manufacture the worst electronics goods in india and should be banned to do businness in this country. The are just selling pathetic electronics goods. I sincerly advise everyone, whosoever is planning to buy an LG product should not buy their products.

I haven't seen such a worst service anywhere or in any other brand.

If anyone by chance knows email id of senior managers then please let me know. I want to them to know how bad electronic products they are manufacturing.

I bought LG flatron TV on 30th August and presented to my sister for my marriage gift. The sad part is starting frpm the day one it has lot of problems like default volume rise & fall, suddenly switching on when there is power flickering in the tube lights/power resume albeit it is kept on standby mode in remote control.

The reference # received is s8ca0600642. I believe my problem will get sorted out through this complaint cell
there seems to be a problem with the LG customer care. My flatron TV is facing problems showing picture, the TV is out of warranty though we are willing to pay Rs 400 for checking the problem. We booked the complaint on 26th Oct, till no one turned up.
The worst part is that the CC gave a technician number to contact for service but the person responded he is a DEMO person and cannot do servicing.
I end up calling 7 times to Customercare and literally got frustrated with the support. I will be happy if someone turns up tomorrow

My kg 195 MMS does not work nor the GPRS. i have been to LG gzb twice. the settings are not available with MTNL

i have bought LG mobile KG 195. I have an MTNL connection. the GPRS MMS cannot be activated because LG has not registered the phone with MTNL. will you please do that and ensure that my MMS works.

I have one LG flatron model CT -21Q20 EN which is not working since last four months.Your service engineer is not able to rectify the problem.
i have purchased LG Split 2 ton AC from a dealer in porur 6 months back the compressor is getting problem the servie engineer came and checked the uint .he told a small screw is missing in the unit we will bring it tomorrow but still he is not turned also the problem has not been resolved till the date the sevice is very poor.

I would like to bring to your kind attention that, I am really not at all satisfied with the way in which your authorized dealer’s response on my complaint. I bought KG300 Camera Mobile 15 months back and that was not working for past 2 weeks. When I gave it for service I got a response from your service center (UNICARE INFOCOM SERVICES; 293 Arcot Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai 24) stating there is a major issue in the board and it may cost Rs. 1292 (addition to Rs. 56). Since I am not interested, I did not give it for service.

But subsequently, I gave it to a local service shop and it was repaired within 30 minutes as there was no issues only rust found in the charging socket and he charged me only Rs. 50. If I believed the word of your service center I would have lost 1292. Is this the way you treat your valuable customer, how come I will have belief on LG Product and the kind of service you are going to render? I am looking at how many customers would have lost their money?

I am going to take this to Consumer count for the kind of service. Also, I will circulate this information to whole of my friends & family members and suggest not to go for LG electronics at all.

LG microwaves are horrible and they can only aggagerate ur problems in the kitchen. there are basically two problems with LG microwaves : 1. you get very ordinary stuff in return o[censored]r money. 2. u get the poorest customer care service . so i wd like to conclude with my last words dat y the hell should spend his hard earned money in some ordinary stuff n purchase unwelcomed tension. guys u better buy electric heater but not LG microwave.

Sub : Given complaint for house hold item : Refrigerator.
Ref : Complaint no : W8CB0307788. dated : 3rd Nov 2008.

I have given complaint for house hold item i.e Refrigerator,
my complaint was not effetely cooling and also compressor continuously working i.e not tripping.

I call the customer care and given complaint and there given complaint no :W8CB0307788 and told the our service engineer will come and attain your complaint with in two workings. But service engineer did not turned up in two days. Again call up customer care and informed to customer care, that your service engineer did not turned up.
After so many times I call, on one fine evening I received call from service engineer, I have to attain complaint and give your address he told me.
Next day he attained complaint and see my refrigerator and told thermostat is not working and it will be replace told service engineer and went.
Again I call some many times to service engineer finally after 15 days engineer turned up to change thermostat and told to check one day and inform me status of refrigerator and told went. But till refrigerator status is same, again I call up the service engineer and told there is no change function.
Service engineer told compress as to replace.
But till date I did not received any phone call from service engineer nor customer care regarding my complaint. It is almost 40 days over but till my complaint not resolved.
LG service is very very very very poor.

I had brought one washing machine on 3/01/08 This month on 4/12/08 it had an complaint while running it showuing PE and getting shutdown. Three time person came and attened the but till now it is not rectified.Most of the equipement of my house are of LG

Please look into the matter and do the needfull
sir i hv purchased a new handset kp220. bt in few days monitor display does not work properly and the customers care not solve my problem...service centre blamed me..i break my phone...
my handset is going to noida for repairing...the service centre replace my handset...in Rs.700
wht sould i do??? i cant breaked mobile..

i bought KP199 LG handset on[protected] from A.A.Mobiles fsd pakistan.
the anti theft mobile tracker software is not in it.i contect with ur service centre on satiana road faisalabad, pakistan.but they told me that this software is not currently available here.
i bought it just due to its tracker system.
kindly help me.
please provide here this software or change my handset.

i have a lg monitor in which there is mother board kit problem i am from haridwar uttaranchal, plese tell me the full adderess of lg service center for monitor reparing in haridwar.
I have purchased LG Mobile KG590 (SIN 712KPWg[protected] of Sr No. [protected] on My daughter's name at Kalyan. It has started problem of 1) Display not working 2) Loading Camera Error) This to problem was solved by service centre. However new problems started 1)Battary discharge within a day 11) Showing Limited Service and 3) When going to call Giving Error "Emergency Call"
Pl. do need in this regards.

Please also advise the website to refer in future if have any problem.
