[Resolved]  LG - India — Poor customer care

Sir,

i m saroj jha resident of patna my contact no. is [protected], [protected], and my NEW complain no. is RNA[protected]
.My LG front loader machine, became defected about 15 days back. i informed customer care 15 days back. no actions are taken till today
everytime they give new complain no. today they gave the no. of near by service centre. a man named dharmendra pick up d call and was talking rudely.
as if i made a mistake of calling him..he said his technician visited me but i was out of station. But infact no one has visited me yet.



I became fed-up with these chaps. 15 days have been passed now and still I am holding a faulty Lg machine.

This is an example how LG customers are being harassed for purchasing LG items.

Please guide me what to do further?

I received a message from LG customer care to avail free service for 2 AC's under warranty which I purchased in October. A technician called me and fixed up an appointment but he never came to my place. I called up the customer care numerous times and they registered a new service call last thursday 04/26 but the technician again fixed an appointment but he never came to my place. When my mom enquired with the customer care, they have informed that they have cancelled the service call and registered a new service call yesterday 05/02 and till now I have not got a call from a technician. I called up the customer care and spoke to Shailesh at 3 PM today (05/03) and he promised a call back after 2 hours which is at 5 PM. I did not get a call from him till 6.30 and hence I called up the customer care again and tried to reach shailesh but came to know that he has left for the day. Why the hell they lied to me that they will call. Each and everytime when I call the customer care, I get nothing but a run around and its been 3 weeks since I registered my first complaint and no technician came to my place. Believe me this will be my last LG product which I have purchased and I will not recommend LG to anyone in my life. REALLY SUCKING ...

Demo of lg washing machine

M not happy with lg product service provider(Relience Digital, R city mall, Ghatkopar). We have purchase washing on 30th april 2015 but nobody came to home for demo after 4 days also. Is this the service of lg electronics?
