My complaint number is C[protected]. I first made this complaint on 21st September, and have made repeated attempts to get my TV repaired since then. However, LG has not responded so far, and keep citing non-availability of parts as the reason.
I am wondering if the part will be available more easily if I was not within the warranty period. It seems that unless there is some money to be made on repair, these guys just don't want to respond to complaints.
And the Toll Free number service is terrible. I have made at least 10 calls to them today, and am always given the same spiel about 'somebody will definitely get in touch with you within a few hours' but that does not happen.
I'm definitely not buying any LG products ever again! Was this information helpful? |
LG / LCD 26'' TV — No response for my complaint,
Dear all,Regreat to inform you that on dated 05/03/2011, I purched a LCD 26 "Television set from M/s Uttam Sales Bistupur Jamshedpur-1 ,I lodge a complain vide complai no RNA [protected], Yet no action has taken from your end .
Please look into the matter seriously, and arrange to replace the set immediately
