LG Refrigerator — Water came out from Refrigerator

Sir, My name is Gaurang A. Ajmera. I am from Bhavnagar, Gujarat. I have Purchased 225 LTR. Refrigerator of LG Company from Vinal Electrics, Near Ambaji Street, Near Saurashtra Samachar, Bhavnagar before 3 months. Sir, the problem in it is that, when I push the "De-freeze" Button, the ice water does not de-freeze and came out of the Refrigerator. Please check my Refrigerator.

I am resident of Noida and bought Side by Side door refrigrator a few year back. It has been doing well till it went out of order due to power fluctuation. And there started a series of woes. The latest one being - "The vegetables kept in the vegetable compartment freeze." This is better than the previous - both the fruits and vegetables kept in the respective fruit and compartments used to freeze up.

Company engineers keep on blaming this on the Rainy Season - the cold air in the compartment settles down causing the temperature to drop too low in the lower compartments.

What i can't understand is -

a) Why is it impacting the vegetable compartment only and that too when vegetable compartment is on top of fruit compartment?

b) what are the temperature sensers in the compartment doing?

Anyways, despite multiple complaints (C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], C[protected]) it still the same and the last one is finally closed with me receiving this SMS - "Your Service Request C[protected] is closed. (Reason : Demo/Service Not required by Customer ).If need any further assistance pls SMS "Service" to [protected]."

If you can't solve the problem then frustate the user to stop chasing you :-(

My self Ghanshyam Katchhi, i have complaint regarding my refriderator that there is a some defect on door, i have already done a complaint to M/s. Rahul Electronics on dated : 25th Sept 2010 & 2 times the concerned person had came & taken the report but till now there is no any action from the companies side. so kindly take corrective action as soon as possible.

L G Refrigerator — it is not working

i have purchased a double door refrigerator 6 months before from dass electricle of L G company. it has problem in cooling. i have registered complaint to their call centre but they r not responding so i want to complaint against them according to consumer protection act.

Dial turned to maximum coolong but not effective

LG Refrigerator — Insufficient cooling

Complaint first placed on 24/12 re insufficient cooling in the fridge, leading to spoiling of food. Local contact assured service, but no-show yet. Situation urgent.

The Customer care service of LG is very poor.The service centres most of the time cancel a complaint without any reason.

LG Refrigerator — chiller plate not properly placed

chiller plate is not placed properly from the very beginning, and we are complaining since we purchased, but no one is taking proper action.
last complaint number is:- RNA[protected], date 16th march 2011 at 12 noon.
You are requested to replace our fridge as soon as possible because this fridge is initially defective.
