[Resolved] LG TV - Flatron - Picture Tube Problem — LG TV - FLATRON - Picture Tube Problem
I have LG Flatron TV and I have registerd a complaint for one of the fault in my TV to LG service center complaint number:- C[protected] on 24th September 2010. Bhola Vaishya was suppose to handle my call. I have tried his cell number several times to get resolved my fault in TV but many times he use to cut my call and even don't bother to call me back again. Once he came and told us Picture Tube needs to be replaced and one of the part called "IC" needs to be replaced. It will take 3/4 days to get new Tube and that part as it is coming from Noida. I was trying Bhola Vaishya - [protected] continuously and he was not bothered to pick my call. His behaviour was so rude and bad, the way he talks was very unprofessional. After 7 days i have called Sanjivani - Customer Care Officer - [protected] she told me your problem will solved soon. I asked Customer care and Sanjivani to launch a complaint against Bhola Vaishya for his rude behaviour but no one give me a responce for the same. After that day I called sanjivani many times but she was not picking my call at all. Then one day I called at LG store from there Mr Shaikh was responded me for few days and told me that He will help me out and try to solve my problem soon. He told me that Picture Tube is ready but IC is not available so it is taking time. But after few days again he also started to avoid my call. And today Date:- 27th Oct 2010 I have called Sanjivani from my office number as that number was not with her she picked my call and I asked haer about my complaint and I asked her when she will get resolved my problem. I asked her about why she was not picking my call she said she was busy and this time also she has kept my call on hold and when I have tried her afterwards she had not picked my call. From last one month I have called several times to these people to solve my problem but no one cares. Nobody is responding me and due to this I am putting a complaint on website. I hope this complaint will give me a solution on my problem. I want this complaint should read by LG Higher Authorities and give me a quick responce and tgake action against these poeple who really are not interested in helping out people and they are not at all doing their jobs seriously.
Till date 27 Oct 2010 my problem is not yet solved.
