[Resolved]  LG - Washing Machine — Not Get Free Service without Calling

Address:Jalpaiguri, West Bengal

From July 2011 I used a LG-Washing Machine but they getting only one free service last year(2011).Why they not get any free service next without calling. I am highly obliged to this company but 100% upset to there free service.Please see the mater.
