Ph no:-O[protected] .Sole of my shoes was damaged only after single use.The shoes were then returned to the shop. They told me that they would call me when new stock comes. After about 15 days i got their phone call. Today i went and as i couldn't get any product of my choice i decided and selected a bag. But they then refused to pay back the balanced money and asked me to come again .As i am regular customer of this shop i remember i saw the same product few years ago. I doubt they have sold the old product. This is a real harassment for customer.My shoes are still there .I don't know for how many times i need to go there and come back wasting my money and time.Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
