[Resolved]  LIC Housing Finance Ltd — Non Disbursement of Loan

Subject : Housing Loan towards Flat no E-15/FF Sushant Residency- III of Ansal Buildwell, Gurgaon -vide LIC-HF file no 114885.

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to the various request the undersigned made through letters, verbally and telephonically to your office and Area Manager office (Mr. Alok Kumar). Once again I would put on record the following facts and anomaly adopted in our housing loan case by LIC-HF.

1) LIC-HF (The Area Manager) has treated its valuable customers with different approach and disbursement of loan (after its dully approval) for the above mentioned housing scheme for some of customers has been made whereas no reason was conveyed to us for not disbursing the amount despite our several request for fund release. We are unable to not understand the unfairness adopted by LIC-HF for the disbursement of loan to its different customers after its sanction for similar housing scheme.
It is to be noted that complete similar set of documents as required by LIC –HF was furnished by ABL to every customer but the loan disbursement was made to only few selected customers who could fulfill the undue demands of concerned LIC-HF officials. We once again would like to clarify that we are salaried based persons and our tight pockets do not allow us to bear any unexpected expenditures on such accounts. Moreover such acts are unethical and illegal and never expected from the officers of any reputed organization (LIC-HF) of India.

Due to non dispersal of due Loan installments by LIC-HF to ABL for above property, we have incurred late payment charges as imposed by ABL to its customers @ 24% per annum on due installment amount which are Rs 109,000/ (Rupees One lac nine thousands).
We therefore request you to reimburse us the above mentioned late payment charges of Rs 109,000/ (Rupees One lac nine thousands) which are totally attributable to LIC-HF. Further proper action should be taken under vigilance rule and as per the rules of organization against the responsible officers including DSA of LIC-HF.

2) On our various request regarding refund of our upfront fee of Rs 13650/- which was paid towards the “services of LIC-HF” for the purpose of above loan disbursement only very small percentage of the same (Rs 3650/-) has been refunded vide HDFC cheque no. 572378 dated 10 May, 2010. We are unable to understand the reason for not refunding the total fee amount as the required services for which the fee was paid in advance never completed by LIC-HF.
We therefore request to look into the matter and refund our balance advance fee of Rs 10,000 (Ten thousands) alongwith interest amount @ 24% PA.
