i have still not recieved the receipt of policy no.[protected] and no.[protected] of due date 15/10/08

AGAINST MY POLICY No.[protected] AGAINST PENSION SCHEME, NO CHEQUES (12 MONTHS) IN ADVANCE DURING THE YEAR 2009 HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY THE UNDERSIGNED AS YET.

KINDLY ARRANGE TO SEND THE SAME IMMEDIATELY TO MY NATIVE ADDRESS. NORMALLY, THE SAID CHEQUES USED TO RECEIVED IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY-FEBRUARY OF EVERY YEAR.

THE CHEQUE AMOUNT IS Rs.1, 001/- (RUPEES ONE THOUSAND ONE ONLY) PER MONTH.

my policy no. is[protected].it started from 27/11/1993.its maturity date is 27/11/2013.table and term is 110-20.its maturity value is 50, 000.i will retired from service 0n 30/06/2009.since it is a salary saving scheme, how can i be able to pay the monthly premium from july 2009.how much its status till now. please inform me .

I was booking ticket through net banking. there evolved a problem, the money had been Debited from my HDFC BANK account, but i did not get the premium receipt. Transaction Refrence No.is[protected] dated 08/07/2009 against policy no.[protected].
