[Resolved]  Lic India — certificate of existence Policy no[protected]

I HAD TAKEN A PENSION PLAN POLICY TILL MARCH 09 I HAD RECEIVED THE ADVANCE CHEQUES BUT AFTER THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT NOR I HAD BEEN CONTACTED BY LIC KANPUR . NO TELEPHONE NOS ARE GIVEN . I HAD TO SEND A PERSON
TO THEIR OFFICE AT 16/98 MG MARG KANPUR FROM WHERE I LEARN THAT I HAVE TO
SUMMIT A EXISTENSE CERTIFICATE NO CORRESPONDANCE MADE BY LIC . MY PENSION
IS HELD UP WHO IS RESPONSIBLE GOD KNOWS my policy no is[protected]

this is the same situation of all the lic policy holdersin india..the lic had not informed to submit existense certificate before the due time, with this cause it is delaying annuity payment to pensioners who are fully depended .It is a shamefull to lic who are saying that this is the only public sector undertaking giving good service.

This is inform to you we have alredy inform to my complain to branch delhi. but stil date not found any recult. my police no. is[protected] and clint name- pirthi singh exp. date-05.05.2007, namnee name-suresh malik . i hope so as soon as resolve my case.

My policy no[protected] with your pondicherry anna salai branch. I LAST MY BOND I gave complient on 17.01.09. Still am not getting any response from your concern.What happen? what is the status on my compliant? I need your kind coperation & nesscery fast action aganist my compliant.

I have paid my premium thru website on 31/12/2009 for Rs.12575. There is a ECS payment deducted from my AbnAmro account on 01/02/2010. I have send multiple request for the same in licindia.com website, one request got closed without proper explanation and other got deleted (dont know how you deleted the request as I dont see this complaint in closed or in progress mode but I couldnt see the same couple of days back). Also I spoke to your customer representative and he asked me to contact other person from chennai at[protected]usha). I spoke to her but she asked me to contact B'lore office as my ECS was deducted from B'lore branch. I am really fed up with your customer support. Also it has more than a moth, I didnt get my money back. Could you please do the needful. Please let me know if you need any further details

My policy no.is [protected] with your pondicherry branch. I had to close my insurance policy due to some unavoidable circumstances. formalities were completed for the same on 1st december 2010 with my new address at Trivandrum.The cheque had been sent on 24th december, but i was not able to collect the cheque and it was resent to your branch.After enquiry I was informed by your office staff that the cheque has been resent to Trivandrum on 3rd February by ems. I haven't received the same to date.Please look into the matter as soon as possible Could you please send the consignment no, so that I can enquire at the Trivandrum post office.

I have taken LIC Policy no.[protected] on 28.10.2003 from LIC Branch officr Barh (Bihar) against my son Mr Sangam Yadav but till date LIC Policy papers not yet received from LIC Office. Beseds, I have paid every premium continuously since 2003 to till date. Please look into the matter as soon as possible Could you please send the my policy papers to my address.

Sir, I have taken LIC Policy no.[protected] on 28.10.2003 from LIC Branch officr Barh (Bihar) against my son Mr Sangam Yadav but till date neither LIC Policy Bond papers received from LIC Office nor any reply so far . I have been requested many time to LIC Barh in writing and after appearing before officer.During my visit in LIC Barh Branch, the Branch Manager was replied that concerned Bond Form for Table No. 50 not available in branch and subject Bond will be provided on receipt from Main Branch but till date no action so far. Beseds, I have paid every premium continuously since 2003 to till date. Please look into the matter personally and direct concerned to send the my policy bond papers to my address.
