An organisation is so vast like LIC, So many policies, huze population, high espectations . In Branch level
competion Most of them are looking only for new business.Branch head is busy in procuring new business
than to servicing part.More over as Govt. organisation employees satisfactions as secured feeling has
become the curse to the policy holders in few times.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the agent o[censored]nit-12F, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Pocket-II, Delhi-110091. My agent code[protected] DO-122511. My commission was blocked in 2005( Sept. & Oct.), reason commission hanged by computer. I never response from my branch & division office. I feel very very bad. This is not good for LIC OF INDIA. The attitude of the staff is not good. Officer are demand only New Business, but they are no feelings about agents. They are think that agents are fool. Mostly officer's attitude is only new business target? There are no other comments? What is this? They don't feel that agents have so many burdens & pressure? Can you imagine, about agent's situation? How can the LIC get New Business? Development Officers find only New agents? This is very bad health for LIC? Old agents are fool?
Please change the attitude, for new business and solve the agent's problems. Thanking you,
