This is with reference to the telephonic discussion had with your office representative on dtd. 09.02.2010 on the subject matter please pay attention on the harassment towards surrender of LIC Policy No.[protected].

The above policy was locked by me on dated 22.01.2010 at LIC Office Shahjahanpur (1), however the value assured has not been received till date. I have visited the LIC Office Shahjahanpur (1) several times but the matter could not be materialised.

So, I request you to release the NAV as on dtd.22.01.2010 immediately.

Late Ranjit Kumra Sinha, was my brother. He was hitted by a school on 18.05.09 at Dumra, Sitamarhi District in Bihar and admitted at PMCH, Patna on same day. He was expired on 20.05.09 at PMCH. All papwrs given by LIC Branch Kishangan is ful-filled and submitted with all documents in Sept. 09 at Kishanganj Branch but till date claim is not cleared. Dear Sir,

I am taken back to find that my in-laws including Pulok Prakash Boral, an LIC Agent in your branch having Agency Code 01159428 suppressed the fact of the marital status of my deceased husband Sulok Prakash Boral and managed to extract the death claim of my deceased husband surreptitiously without any investigation by the LICI about the marital status of the deceased policyholder in favour of my mother-in-law Sabitri Boral who happened to have been the nominee in the first two policies excepting Policy No.[protected] for Rs.5, 000/- as is evident from the status reports enclosed.

I have attached Xerox copies of my Voter Card, PAN Card, Marriage Registration Certificate and death certificate of my late husband so as to reopen the death claim already settled in favour of my mother-in-law without any benefit for the widow of the policyholder.

I would, therefore, earnestly request you to review the death claim already settled and claim back the paid amount from the claimant or the agent Pulok Prakash Boral and resettle the death claim in favour of me on the ground of equity and justice to a hapless widow of the late policyholder.

Awaiting your personal intervention in the reopening of the death claim settled.

I had taken a policy fr. branch 91R before two months back, i recd.FPR but not recd. my bond. Several time i asked my agent but they replied bonds are not ready or its ready but not signed by authorized person. I just want to know why these people taking so much time to sign the bonds? It happens fr. last 2 months before that my friend also taken a policy fr. same agent fr. same branch but that time he recd his bond and FPR in time, then what is the prob. now? in other case one of my friend she also want to made some changes in her nominee's name, there also they take so much time. If you people take so much time or you are not able to give proper service to your client than why should people take policy fr. you? we trust you that is why we take the policy fr. you and also encourgae other people, but if your service is not good then how the people come to you? Waiting for your reply and hope you will take proper action on this.

I refer to polciy No.[protected], Policy service branch Code 61D, Yeswhanthpur(Now Mathikerebranch), Bangalore. As per agreed terms, LA(my son has completeted 18 years 0n 1.02.2010 and as per terms of the policy, the first 20% of sum assured is due ( which is specially designed for childredns education policy). When I contected the official over phone, they say it is not payable now, eventhoug it is mentioned on the policy like that, it will become payable next year i.e after completion of 19 years ( I feel it is a reason which has no base and your official may not be aware of the scheme of thye policy)

Will please enlighten me why the first instalment due undr the said policy on 1.02 2010 is withhold

Sorry to say that even after repeated reminders through postcard, I did not get any reply from your P & GS Unit, Pandari, Raipur (C.G).
For the last two years I have not yet received my Annuity amount of Rs 3778/-.
Hope my repeated request to funny LIC of India will take appropriate action.

Sir,

LIC Raipur division is lazy and helping private Insurance company by not solving customer problems. LIC will shrink within few years. Responsibility goes to P & GS Unit, Pandari, Raipur.

Complain against Sr Branch Manager ( P & GS ), Pandari, Raipur Division

Its pity that even after repeated number of reminders, no res ponce has been made by LIC, Action should be taken by higher authority for solving the small problem.
Matter shall be communicated to central ministers through proper channel / e-media.

I have not received my annuity amount for last two years. My complains will continue .
Private Insurance Company should not over take LIC. But seems LIC will shrink very quickly.
