[Resolved] Lic Jeevan Suraksha — NO response from LIC Kanpur office

I am trying my level best to Contact LIC office Kanpur through registered mail but no reply. I want them to crdit my pension directly to My SBI account. MY policy number is[protected], Jeevan Suraksha). I am trying to lodge my complaint through LIC site but it just doesn't work.I wsish the largest corporation in the country to maintain a good website and address consumer complaints. DR. LIC jEEVAN SURAKSHA — CHANGE OF TERMS OF POLICY JEEVAN SURAKSHA 1998

LIC INFORMS ME THAT PENSION WILL START FROM NOV 2009 INSTEAD OF NOV 2008 AS GIVEN IN POLICY DOCUMENT.

MY POLICY NO IS[protected] AND DOC IS 20/10/1996 .

I DONT KNOW IF I AM ON RIGHT GROUND.

I have submitted my husband death claim to Salem North & Mettur branch six months back. Still i didnt get any response from the office.
